We recently renovated this Amazing vacation home, and have been very thoughtful in the upgrades I've done for my guests. Our intention is to provide a fun, family friendly home that will allow all visitors to create one of a kind memories! This vacation home has been welcoming visitors from around the world for years, and we hope to continue for many more to come. Our Vacation home is situated at the end of the street, with no homes behind us or on one side. We love the space, and it is always quiet and relaxing there!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The property has just been redecorated. The first floor master suite feels calm and serene and the bed was comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms had all been redone with themes which the kids loved. The kitchen cabinets had been repainted white with granite countertops and a nice backsplash. There was a Kuerig and drip coffee maker and a blender. The kitchen needed a few basic items but was fine for the most part.
The garage has been turned into a theater room with theater seating and was great. We really enjoyed the pool area with several tables, lounge chairs and a pool table and television. The exotic plants add a nice touch. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool. We were so busy that we didn’t use the community pool but the clubhouse is really nice and the staff are friendly. The neighborhood is really nice and feels safe. We were very close to restaurants, a Target, Walmart and Publix. The Disney parks and Disney Springs were very close by and easy to get to.
We did not have any issues during our stay so we didn’t have to contact either the property manager or the owner but the owner was responsive during our booking and before we arrived. The door code worked great and the gate card did also so we never encountered any inconvenience.
I would highly recommend this property for the fantastic neighborhood, location, comfort, fantastic pool area and theater room, and responsive owner.

The house was beautiful. Although we ran into a few problems the owner and manager were very responsive. I will rent this house again.
Disappointing and mislead
Rented this house about 3.5 years ago and was very pleased so I rented it again July 20 to 27. This time not so much. First thing when my husband and son got here sat night about 11:30 pm the code I was given for the door didn’t work. Manager didn’t answer so I had to call owner and she then gave me an entirely diff code Paid extra for 7 days of pool heat so we could use the spa notified owner on Sunday that it was not working no one came to look at it til Wednesday and then had to order parts. Never fixed. Dishwasher throwing water out the front on Monday again had to order parts so we are washing by hand. Dishwasher replaced late Thursday afternoon Expected house to look like vrbo website but owner is renovating and 6 of the 7 bedrooms only had a bed in the room so two lamps in the downstairs bedroom are sitting on the floor having to live out of my suitcase all week as no drawers. tv sitting on the floor in one bedroom Not about to rent again as there are other houses in same area. when I said something to owner she said be patient and offered 10% discount on next rental. Not likely so no thank you why should I be patient when I will not benefit from her renovation and did not get house as advertised Wow. Do not accept a booking if your house is not finished and pictures on website are misleading. Manager was there 3 days in a row but this is an owner problem not the manager owner will refund 175 spent for pool heat but that is all
We appreciate the time you took to provide your review of our home. It is disappointing that you had some inconveniences during your stay. Rest assured these are not the best business practices we spend considerable time and energy on. We strive to make each and every guest feel cared for, appreciated and respected.
Please see below my responses to each area of concern:
1) I understand your husband had difficulty in operating our electronic lock. As discussed when you contacted me, I was out of the country on vacation in a different time zone and, in order to assist you as quickly as possible, you were provided with a back-up code. I’m happy your family was able to access our home successfully with the use of the back-up code.
2) Fortunately, my manager was able to point out that you were calling the wrong phone number when you told me you weren’t able to contact her. She was thankfully able to attend to your 30 calls and, as you noted, visited with you days in a row upon your request.
3) I’m so sorry you had to wash your dishes by hand. In the future, please note that putting large chunks of food in the dishwasher can be harmful and can irreversibly damage a dish-washing unit, as was the case during your stay. My apologies for not being able to get it repaired the day of the technician's visit, and further apologies for you having to wait an additional day while we replaced it with a new unit.
4) We did recently renovate and are awaiting professional photos. In doing so, we made a decision to remove some dressers to allow for bigger beds for the comfort of our guests. While certain rooms did not have dressers, each and every room has a closet with shelves and hangers that are there for your use. Larger sized bedrooms continue to have dressers.
5) Thanks for bringing to my attention that one out of our many flat screen TVs sat on the floor. It has been addressed with our manager and has been replaced.
6) I'm also very sorry that the credit you were offered (on top of the refund you were given) was not satisfactory. As a courtesy, you were not charged for breaking the dishwasher and for tampering with our pool equipment because you were a returning guest. We tried very hard to accommodate you during your stay.
I do hope you’ll re-consider giving us another chance. If you do, please remember you’re sharing our home and we hope that you’ll treat our home the same way we would treat yours.

Loved this home. The location was close to everything!!!
Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious and clean. The pool deck was huge. We enjoyed coming back from the parks and spending time here. Loved the table tennis by the pool!!
