Lovely 3+ Bedroom, 4 Bath Red Pine town home located at the base of the Canyons Ski area and within walking distance to to ski lifts.

Tri-level townhome with vaulted ceilings & mountain views. Each bedroom has its own private bath.

Upper level bedroom features vaulted ceilings, luxurious new linens and king size bed, full private bath, cable tv and dvd.

The main level has new hardwood floors & fully equipped kitchen with plenty of seating in the dining area. Adjacent great room with 18' high ceilings, breathtaking views of the Canyons Ski Area. Comfy brand new leather sofas. The great room also features a fireplace, new flat screen tv and Blu-ray dvd. Also located on the main level is an additional sleeping area with custom bunk bed with adjacent full bath.

The lower level has two bedrooms, each with new linens, king & queen size beds, private full bathrooms, and new flat screen tvs. Enjoy the convenience of a Washer/Dryer also located on this level.

The Red Pine townhomes are adjacent to the base of the Canyons Ski Area. The free shuttle service is only one block away with free service throughout Park City.

Our guests enjoy clubhouse privileges including outdoor heated swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, a dry sauna, and 4 new tennis courts

Returning rental guests are given a cumulative 5% discount each successive year they rent our property. Maximum discount for any guest rental is 15%. Military and returning guest rental discounts may be combined.

Worth Every Penny

Our stay at this property probably qualifies for the best rental we have ever made on VRBO..

The unit was very clean. It was extremely well appointed with items you would normally expect, such as clean linens, ample towels, etc., but also had many extras that made the stay more enjoyable without having to run to the store, and make the purchases oneself. This included items like tissue boxes, paper towels, dispensable hand soap in every bathroom, individual bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We were not lacking for any items in the kitchen, either, as it had everything our own kitchen back home had, and more!

We were pleasantly surprised to find a coffee maker, as well as a Keurig coffee maker and humidifiers in the bedrooms. The location was convenient to everything as well.

Good place overall, except there should be a larger dining table, to fit 8 guests as there are 4 double rooms. Plus there were only 3 wine glasses. Having a barbeque would have been great. Thanks, we enjoyed ourselves

We stayed here to ski w/kids. The layout of the townhouse was perfect for our group of 6 kids & 3 adults (no more than that). The unit was super clean and centrally located. Just minutes from the base and all of canyons amenities. Groceries, restaurants, movies and other activities super close by. Very easy drive to downtown Main/Park Streets PC.

We all would recommend 44 Comanche and can't wait to make this a yearly visit! Enjoy!

Great place to stay - wonderful location. We would come back! Comfortable, great layout and space, thoughtful extras (eg soap, shampoo, paper products). Susan was most helpful.

Dishwasher not great for washing cutlery. So if they ever change it, to get one with a proper cutlery basket…

Needs a second cutting board, some salad servers and a few more wine glasses.

Wonderful, spacious retreat.

Five guys from Cleveland for a week of skiing and snowboarding. We had plenty of room and everything we needed. Every bedroom has a bathroom. We took advantage of the kitchen, dining in most nights. Short walk to the clubhouse or to the lift to the mountain. Short drive to anything we needed and into Park City. Neat as could be and totally relaxing. Exceeded our expectations.
