comfy, well located, with artistic character

  • 5 of 5

Our 3 1/2 days in Santa Fe were enhanced by the original artistic decor of Linda's house and the thoughtful supplements that welcomed us. If arriving late, there's no need to run out and buy coffee for the next morning. No need to bring a robe, as I did. Upon arriving, my husband and daughter relaxed on the comfortable furniture and exclaimed, "it's perfect!" "You couldn't have done better dear!" And "it's adorable, thank you!" I decompressed from our travels with a glass of wine (compliments of Linda) on the enclosed patio. We walked everywhere: The railroad district, Canyon Road galleries, the Plaza and more. The house is on a quiet street. It's delightful. I would return in a heartbeat. Linda is a pro at setting up and organizing a house for a vacation rental

We could live here

  • 5 of 5

This house is a fantastic blend of old style and modern. It's very well appointed and the use of space is very creative. It was a place we could live in very comfortably. We highly recommend it.

Loved staying here! So comfortable, convienate and clean.

  • 5 of 5

We loved this place to stay. It has charm and comfort plus a convienant location. We could walk to the square if you wanted to, about four blocks. It also has a private patio for your enjoyment. Dealing with the owner was easy and helpful. We so appreciated all she provided from fresh eggs to shampoo. Lots of information about the area also. Part of what made our trip so great was staying here.

About Linda

We live in Santa Fe and enjoy meeting our guests from around the world. Being a chiropractor for humans and animals I have worked on many of our guests. We love to travel.

Why Linda chose Downtown

Location, location, location. Restored historical adobe.

What makes this house unique

Double adobe walls so stays warm in winter and cool in the summer. High ceilings (11') with vigas and plaster walls make you realize you are in a traditional southwestern gem.
