A Perfect Mid Price Cottage

  • 5 of 5

This cottage was perfect for my family vacation. We had Cedar Point Plans, Put In Bay Trip Planned, African Safari Park Plans and enjoy eating out at a variety of restaurants rather than something we can get at home in Indiana. We also had a wedding and reception to attend in Sandusky and planned trips to wineries in the area. This location was centrally located, within 25 minutes driving time to everything we had hoped for on vacation and was clean, well kept and comfortable to stay at. The owners were friendly and willing to make out stay enjoyable. We plan on coming back next year and who knows, maybe for years later. Stay here, you won't be sorry.

Beautiful

  • 4 of 5

We had a wonderful vacation in this home. It was big enough for our family. Looking across the street and seeing a beautiful lake everyday was amazing. My son could go fish when he wanted! This house is close enough to Cedar Point yet far enough out that it makes for a peaceful/great vacation.

just right

The sheets and towels were fresh and clean. They were perfect for those of us with allergies.

The area was safe and beautiful.

The only complaint I had as the organizer was we didn't plan to stay longer.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the nice review. I usually am able to use hand made laundry detergent and line dry the sheets and towels in the fresh country air where we live. Sunshine make the laundry smell oh so sweet and gives them a crisp, clean texture too. Thanks for staying with us.

Great Family Getaway

  • 5 of 5

We are not tourists, and we don't like busy populated places. This home is nestled in a rural residential neighborhood, tucked away from the world. So, this was the perfect getaway for our family. Loved the house, loved the waterfront, loved the plethora of sights and attractions within a 35 minute drive. We will definitely be back!

Three villas for 80th party.

  • 5 of 5

Young college graduatges could only spend a weekend so having this house available really helped. Anyone that came that night had a roof over their heads. Then , it became head quarters until contract was up. We moved another property. They were quite adequate and cool enough for some very hot days. The locations was fine as some of the younger children played with the paddle boat and other water toys. Glad for those. Benial, three, really liked the bike with the training wheels. Rentals were just fine for distance from Cedar Point and Huron. We tried to leave things in good shape. Owner was most cooperative. Thanks.

My 80th Birthday party was a huge success and one to be remembered for many years by grandchildren and adults.

Thank you.
