Living room

Upon entering the hall left the double doors into the living room with modern, light interior. When the doors to the studio stand 94 cm large HD satellite TV, DVD player (including DVDs) and a full stereo system with CD player (including CDs), tuner and cassette deck. The satellite TV offers over 100 TV channels including all 10 Dutch channels. And contact via the WIFI hold "the outside world".


Back at the front door is on the right side of the Provençal kitchen with breakfast / dining area. A built-in dishwasher, cooker (3 gas + 1 electric) and convection oven built. Back in the living room, go up the steps through the double doors out to the big studio (45m2). Here are include 2 single divans, dining area and a spacious seating area / couch. Also a 2nd stereo set and a table football.

Right back in the studio is a door giving access to the garden overlooking the pool.


Left the studio in the rear is access to (5th) bedroom with a 2 bed, hanging / wardrobe and seating.

2nd bathroom

Behind this bedroom is the 2nd bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with a modern vanity with double sinks, large mirror (200 x 70), shower and floor heating.

Next to the bathroom is a separate toilet and laundry room with washer, dryer and double sink with countertop. This also depends on the water heater of 200 liters, so you will not soon run out of hot water.

For our little guests in the villa three Hauck baby camp beds (120x60 cm dimensions 1x and 2x 105x75 cm), three high chairs and a baby bath available. If required, a wheelchair ramps available.

The garden

The garden has the atmosphere of a park.

At the entrance to the site is a large weeping willow and on the other a rose garden. Before the house is a large mulberry tree that provides shade on the terrace. In addition to the covered part of the terrace is the stone barbecue and garden furniture.

Further down the garden are several species of trees and shrubs. Fruit trees like some cherries (ripe in May!), Almond, hazelnut, fig, pomegranate and olive. 'Ordinary' trees like birch, cypress, mulberry, pine and weeping willow. And besides various shrubs, lilacs, rose garden, oleanders and lavender. Around the plot to hinder glimpse of that one hunter, a hedge of many species of shrubs.

Behind the house is a large meadow where in the spring grows a wide variety of wild flowers (including wild daffodils) and flourishes.

The swimming pool

The fenced (requirement of the French government) pool is about 20 meters from the house in the middle of the park-like garden.

Via deze weg willen wij u hartelijk danken voor de afgelopen twee weken die we in uw villa mochten doorbrengen. We hebben genoten van de prachtige omgeving, het comfortabele huis en de heerlijke rust!

Misschien dat we er in de toekomst nogmaals gebruik van mogen maken.

Tulette is located in the south of the Drôme Provençale, at the edge of the Vaucluse and the Enclave des Papes and approximately 15 km from the Autoroute du Soleil. On the other side of the motorway lies the Ardeche and Gard.

The distance from the villa to the center of the village Tulette is approximately 1 km. Here you will find amenities such as a bank with ATM, post office, doctor, pharmacy, two bakeries, two supermarkets, a butcher. In addition, a number of bars and restaurants (including a pizzeria). The following activities are possible in the vicinity (up to 30 minutes by car.): Swimming, horseback riding, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, (floating) fly, tennis and golf. Bicycles can be rented in Tulette. A little further away, you can kayak on the river Ardeche.

Villages and towns

As said there are around a lot of nice typical Provencal towns that are worth visiting:

15km example is Vaison-la-Romaine with its Roman excavations (see include excavated shopping streets, houses and an Amphi-theater), weekly Provencal market and antique and curio market. Vaison has many cafes, restaurants and some supermarkets.

Nyons is 18 km from Tulette and is known for its ancient Roman bridge, museum olives and lavender distillery. Nyons also has an old town, a large Provencal market on Thursday and many cafes and restaurants.

Suze-la-Rousse is known for its great castle, where the wine university is located.

An idea for car rides in the area, follow the lavender route, the route olives or the wine route.

This giant of Provence (1,900 m) is dominant in the landscape of the Drôme and Vaucluse. From his bald head (hence his nickname 'the bald mountain'), you can enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. But during the day it's an experience! On one side you can see the Mediterranean sea on a clear day, on the other hand, the snowy Alps. Not infrequently you're on the top above the clouds.

Al lot of tenants have climbed the Mont Ventoux by bike.

There are three routes to the top. From the north (Malaucène), the south (Bedoin) and the east (Sault). Doing very well with the car, by bike is another story! Advice: The car is the most beautiful route up the Sault route. (By bike, this is the route for sissies).

Voor het geval 10 slaapplaatsen niet voldoende mocht zijn is er een 6e slaapkamer met slaapgelegenheid voor 1 (groter) kind en 1 baby extra; daarnaast zijn er nog 2 extra babybedjes die op de slaapkamers kunnen worden bijgeplaatst.

De aanbetaling bij reservering bedraagt 25% van de huursom. Het restant van de huursom moet zijn betaald 6 weken voor ingang van de huurperiode. De minimum huurperiode is 1 week of te wel 7 nachten, kortere periodes mogelijk in overleg.
