For travelers who want to be away from the hustle bustle of Waikiki and would like to enjoy a peaceful and quiet vacation, and be only a few minutes away from pristine beaches, Seabreeze is the place for you ---where you can enjoy your own 30' X 15' depth 3.5 to 7' private pool warmed by our bright & clear Hawaiian sun and surrounded by various colorful plants & flowers endemic to Hawaii.

Seabreeze borders lush conservation land and a popular hiking trail. Only songbirds will beckon you in the mornings.

Over 1300 square feet (3 to 5 times larger than a normal hotel room) with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths occupying the entire first level of a large Hawaiian-styled pole house with your own private entry and free WI-FI connection. A private sunbathing alcove .

To cater to your every need, three open air shopping malls are within a two-mile radius housing Safeway, Longs Drugs, Costco, Ross, Starbucks Coffee Shop, Banks, Movie Theater, Roy's and Outback and various local & ethnic eateries too many to mention & two medical centers.

Seabreeze is nearby the only private marina in Hawaii, Hanauma Bay, Sandy Beach, Bellows Beach, Maunalua Bay (first photo of this web page) and Waikiki Beaches. Street parking.

A quiet home from home

Hernando and Paulette were gracious and accommodating hosts. They welcomed us into their home and were available when needed. They very kindly provided some food staples for our arrival so that we did not have to rush out and buy provisions straight away.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Very comfortable and perfect for our family. The parking is right outside. The area is very quiet but only 5 mins away from restaurants, supermarkets (Safeway and Costco), and not too far from the centre of Waikiki.

They have tried to provide everything a family would need for their stay. The kids loved the pool, which was very clean. They even went out of their way to try and help - my son broke his sunglasses and we asked Hernando if he had any Superglue to hand, which he did not. However he went out and purchased some glue so that we could try and repair our son's glasses, which was so kind.

Thank you Paulette and Hernando for a lovely stay in Honolulu, we will definitely be recommending your property to any of our friends wanting to visit Hawaii. Mahalo.

Great Location - Wonderful Stay!

We just return from a wonderful 9 night stay in Hawaii at Seabreeze. Four adults stayed here and we found the accommodations to be very comfortable. The owners, Hernando and Paulette were there to greet us when we arrived and answer any questions we had, as well as offer recommendations on grocery stores and restaurants. We also appreciated the fresh fruit , sweet bread, goodies and coffee that they left for us to enjoy during our stay there. The house is on the end of a street, so there was no traffic noise. Conveniently, there was a designated parking space in the paved driveway for our use during our stay. We could hear the sounds of the jungle birds singing to us each morning as we left out for our daily adventures. The house was well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies and the bedrooms were large. The master bath provided a huge walk in shower which was very inviting at the end of a day of sightseeing. Air conditioning units were quiet. We found the location of Hawaii Kai to be nice and quiet, away from the busy area of Waikiki and yet you can still drive there in about 15 minutes. It takes about 30-40 minutes to reach the beautiful beaches on the windward side in Kailua, which was probably our favorite beach area. We would definitely recommend this rental. If we ever get the change to return to the Island we would stay here again. Mahalo!

Great Hawaiian Escape

We just got back from a great week! The accommodations were every bit as lovely and comfortable as described and photographed. Lots of room, well furnished, quiet, clean, and a perfect peaceful retreat for us after our busy days of touring the island.

Quiet and relaxing

I enjoyed the home - it was quiet and relaxing. Parking was across the street but not far. Pool was refreshing but would get a little cool after 3pm - 4pm as the sun moved off the water.

Seabreeze Review,February 17 to March 19,2017

This house is at the top of a steep hill,therefore we rate the house a 4 due to the lack of parking near the entry. It can be difficult for senior citizens and impossible for the handicapped. The house was extremely clean, the hosts lovely, and the "goodies" awaiting were most appreciated. Save for the parking, this was the nicest of the 6 places in which we have stayed over the years.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your review. The only time when parking is scarce, is during weekends due to a popular hiking trail besides this property. However during weekdays that are plenty of free parking spaces nearby, some as close as 50 feet away. As the house is built on a hill, the roads are usually sloppy due to topography. Guests may park temporary on the driveway when parking is scarce. Hope to see you again on your next trip.

The property was very nice; clean; great atmosphere; not in the hustle of Waikiki

Two couples stayed at this location. We wanted to be in an atmosphere that looked "tropical" and this did not disappoint. Very comfortable for two couples; essentials were provided (coffee and other 'treats') so we didn't have to run to a store the first day. We would definitely stay there again!!! Beautiful home.
