This property is especially suited for guests who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and eating out daily. Seabreeze offers you
a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and a place where you can relax, chill out with more elbow room. Road side parking is free and close by the unit. We are stone's throw away from Safeway, Costco and Koko Marina Shopping Mall, where you'll find affordable ethnic gourmet dining galore when you are tired of cooking.
Our stay here this last week at your place was MORE than expected. Everything
was perfect--so clean and decorated with first class furnishings.
As a visiting "Kama'aina," it felt like our home away from home. We will be back
on our next visit for sure.

We stayed here for our honeymoon in September. When we arrived it was fairly late at night so we appreciated the fresh fruit and food set out for us when we arrived, as we were very tired. The house is on the end of a street, so there was zero traffic noise. It backs onto a forest that has a hiking trail for the adventurous person and you can wake up to the sounds of the jungle birds singing to you. The house was well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies and the bedrooms were very large. The master bath was more recently renovated and the huge walk in shower was very nice at the end of the day. Air conditioning units were whisper quiet. The location of Hawaii Kai is great if you're looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. There are many fantastic restaurants within a couple minute drive, but if you'd like you can still be in Waikiki in 15 minutes as access to the H1 is very quick. It takes about 35 minutes or so to reach the pristine beaches on the windward side in Kailua and Lanikai. Locations such as Eternity Beach, Sandy Beach, and Makapu'u Point are a short ten minute drive. We didn't use the pool but found the water to be quite warm. Other than a short conversation to recommend restaurants we didn't hear or see the owners above at all, and we really enjoyed our privacy. They were kind enough to let us stay beyond our checkout time because we had a red eye flight and the weather wasn't great on our last day. Would definitely recommend this rental to people in the future and would love to come back ourselves. Mahalo!
Overall the condo was very nice and met our needs. The welcome treats were greatly appreciated. There are many places to eat nearby and the location is just minutes from many south shore attractions. The only thing that would have made this a 5 star review would have been a more private sliding door to the main bathroom. The door there currently doesn't leave much for privacy. Wouldn't be a problem for a single family staying but we were two couples vacationing together.
I stayed here with my two children 12 and 17. The place was beautiful and we loved having a home to come back to in the evening as well as to relax if we didn't want to go out that day. I would stay here again without my children. We were leery of making noise after my children were asked (very polietly) to keep it down in the pool. After that we weren't comfortable being outside because we weren't sure how loud was acceptable since I didn't think they were very loud. For someone single or a couple this is an amazing place to stay and the owners are very kind and helpful if you need anything. You will enjoy your stay here.
We had a lovely stay at Seabreeze! The home is in a beautiful neighborhood, backs up to gorgeous tropical woods, and is furnished very nicely to accommodate 5 comfortably. The home is very clean and well maintained. My husband and I would be happy to stay here again on future trips to Hawaii. The welcome basket with fruit, coffee, chocolate, and sweet bread was truly appreciated after 12 hours of traveling. Thank you Paulette and Hernando!
We have stayed at the Seabreeze the past 4 years, for a whole month the last few years. You get the
whole lower level of their beautiful home with 2 BR and 2 Bath, well equipped kitchen, access to the
private pool and patio. The place has always been very clean. The owners live on the upper floor of
the home, but you rarely hear or see them, as they try not intrude on your space. It feels like the pool
and deck are your private domain. They are very friendly and will give you advice or will do
everything they can to make your stay comfortable. The location in Hawaii Kai is very quiet as they
back onto a forested conservation area. Staying in Hawaii Kai is ideal for us as it is close to shopping
and restaurants in Hawaii Kai, Kahala and Kaimuki (the farthest only about 15 minutes away by car).
There is close access to H1 going West or to Waikiki, and East towards Hanauma Bay, Waimanalo and
Kailua on the Windward side of Oahu. We have gotten to know the owners over our stays and we
consider them ohana, not just landlords. Born and raised in Hawaii and being long-time Oahu
residents, they have a deep understanding of Hawaii and the aloha spirit. We appreciate their
hospitality and friendship, and will definitely be staying there again next time we are on Oahu.
Everything was as we expected, clean, comfortable and homelike. We were seeking a refuge from the downtown Honolulu crowds and traffic. This was perfect. Restaurants, Safeway and Costco were only one mile away. The food at Kona Brewing and Island Coffee were good. The line for breakfast at Moena (sp?) Cafe was too long. I used the pool everyday with no problem with it being unheated. Our trip was confined to the south and Windward side of the island. Seabreeze was more than convenient for our purposes. One day it took us less than 30 minutes to return from Kailua Bay (very little traffic). I would have to stretch to find any complaint. How about we could have used one more wine glass. We would recommend Seabreeze to others who would like to be away from Honolulu which is only 15-20 minutes away. I forgot to mention that the overall setting is wonderful. Although we only had a brief conversation, Hernando, thank you.
Hiking trail at the back of house. 3 open air mini shopping centers within 3 miles radius. Fine dinning and ethnic restaurants galore. Banks, and multi plex movie theatres at Koko Marina shopping mall.
