Apartment of 135 square meters to 46 st floor in a modern building (Yacht Club Tower) in the shape of a boat with breathtaking 360 degree view of the entire city of Panama. The large and bright living room has an open plan with the kitchen on one side with a terrace facing the old city. The bedroom with a king size bed has two glass walls and has another terrace with views towards Punta Paitilla. The master bathroom is spectacular with two fully glazed walls. Even here the view is breathtaking to see the canal bridge.
A second small bathroom separates the living room from the bedroom.
The decor is modern, European-style linear and unique. The apartment has all necessary appliances with the inclusion of WiFi, cable TV and telephone.
Combined with the apartment, the customer can take advantage of a parking space at the first levels of the building and a communal area exclusive to the tenth floor that includes two spectacular infinity pools overlooking the 'Cinta Costera', whirlpools, gym facilities and common room.
The new meter that connects urban parts of the city is just 50 meters from the building.
The Yacht Club Tower is serviced by staff of Security 24/24.

We stayed for 5 weeks in Giovanna's fabulous suite. From Carlos picking us up at the airport to Dallys greeting us late at night at the entrance, checking us in and taking us on a tour of the suite, we felt extremely welcome.
We woke up to spectacular views from the 46th floor. Wow! It didn't take long to realize we were in paradise. Right out the windows and balconies, you could see forever. You can see the Panama Canal from there, which is what you went to see, right? The walk/run path along the ocean went right by the Fish Market and right out over the ocean around the Cinta Costera completely surrounding Casco Viejo.
We found the location of the Yacht Club Tower convenient to any place we chose to go. We were 6 blocks from Reba's Market, which is a fantastic grocery and fresh produce store. There were taxis, buses, and especially the Metro which could take you directly to the Albrook Mall (35 cents a trip).
We got fresh seafood at the Fish Market, a short 3k run with an ice pack. Also there are wonderful outdoor restaurants there, which makes for a wonderful night out.
The amenities of the YCT were awesome, with an infinity pool and lap pool, and a gym. Beautiful.
Also we took in several of Rudy's Tours which were the best of the best.
Would we return? You bet.
Stayed for 5 weeks for work in Panama in this sleek contemporary flat which boast amazing views and perfect location: you're close to everything if you need to go out to restaurants (Casco viejo) or business (Paitilla, Punta Pacifica or Area Bancaria). The views are really impressive at night or day time and the flat is super practical. Highly recommended !
My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks and loved every minute! We think it's actually better than the pictures! The location is very central and the views are spectacular day and night. We loved the place so much we ended up staying in and cooking so we could enjoy the cool breezes while sitting on one of the balconies looking at the ships waiting their turn to go into the canal. The wifi was as good as anywhere in Panama, the staff friendly and helpful and several good restaurants are within walking distance. The gym and pool in the social area are top notch. We will definitely be back when we visit my husbands family in Panama City!

We stayed for 1 month. The apt is beautiful and well furnished. The views are amazing. It was great to relax in the mornings with coffee on the terrace while looking over the bay. We were there during Carnavals so were a bit concerned there would be noise from the street, but were pleasantly surprised that is was not bothersome. This is a great location with grocery, fish market, restaurants, etc all within walking distance. The pool area was very nice as well, but unfortunately the pool was not heated and quite cold. Okay for lap swims but not for relaxing. We would surely pick this location and apt if we travel to Panama City again. Both owner and manager were good to work with.
I stayed at this property for 6 weeks, the place is top notch. The building is pretty new, around 1.5 years old and quite a piece of architecture. The views are simply unsurpassed! Glass walls literally in 80% of the property, simply fantastic. The décor is simple, uncluttered and efficient. The sofa and bed are italian leather (which I prefer due to my allergies), tasteful, comfortable and very clean. The bed and mattress are excellent, new, clean and extremely comfortable. The kitchen well equipped. The only thing missing is a toaster. Dallys, the administrator, was friendly, helpful, responsive and very professional. I had the opportunity to meet the owners, Giovanna and Stefano, that happen to be visiting Panama from Italy. They are lovely people and seemed genuinely concerned about my comfort and providing the best experience possible during the stay at their property. The location is one of the best in the city (I would say the best) but one thing to mention for those late raiser or napping folks is that the traffic sound can be a problem during commute hours, mainly because most panamanian drivers seem to be car honking aficionados, they use it for ALL purposes. Even though the apartment is on the 46 floors you can still hear the honking. The building is quite safe with 24 hour security. I truly enjoyed my time at this property and would definitely stay at the Yatch Club again.
The apartment is located on the seafront, in the city center, opposite the 'boundary will cost', path equipped with public parks and sports facilities of all kinds.
The old town 'casco viejo' is a 15 minute walk, historic area with many restaurants and clubs.
A 10-minute walk away is the Multicentro, multi-center, as well as a 10-minute taxi the Multiplaza Mall with great shopping, with all major world names.
At the beginning of the long walk Causeway, a 10-minute taxi ride, is the new museum of biodiversity arch. Frank Gary opening soon and at its end, the island that is home to Flamenco marine, restaurants, entertainment and shopping center.
The Panama Canal with its locks of Miraflor (Pacific side) is definitely a must-see, as well as the excavation of a new channel that will be completed in 2015.
The ruins of old Panama, destroyed by the pirate Morgan in 1671, are located between the city center and the airport.
The Metropolitan Park is a green oasis just outside the city center where you can spot monkeys and toucans, perfect for people who want to escape the bustle of the capital and surrounded by nature.
From the pier of the Balboa Yacht Club, at the beginning of the Causeway, it leaves regularly a ferry in two hours takes visitors to the magnificent Contadora isla de las Perlas archipelago in the Pacific. A Contadora are numerous multimillion-dollar residences, 12 spectacular beaches of white sand and snorkeling sites of exception.
With a day trip by car from Panama City you reach David and the mountain town of Boquete is famous for the cool climate and pristine on the slopes of the volcano. A visit to Boquete is not complete without a trip to its coffee plantations.
A half-hour flight from internal Albrook you can reach the beautiful islands of the Caribbean archipelago of San Blas. 360 paradise islands with white sand beaches and palm trees blowing in the wind. You can rent sailboats that do visit the most beautiful islands.
The town of Boca de Toros is herself a half hour flight from Albrook and is a tourist destination especially for the archipelago of the same name, the white beaches and emerald waters, palm trees swaying in the typical cliché of the collective over the Caribbean .
The Parque Nacional Coiba dell'sola in the Pacific is a real lost world of unspoiled ecosystems and fauna unique comparable to the Galapagos.
