This completely restored farmhouse on an area of ​​3.5 hectares includes two parts. The original farmhouse is occupied and the adjacent barn has been converted into a separate house. It contains two separate bedrooms with double bed, 2 separate bathrooms with toilet, 1 with bath and one with shower, one fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, hot air oven, coffee maker, toaster and a dining area. A ground floor lounge with fireplace and a sitting / reading room with TV on the mezzanine which offers a view of the garden. The bedrooms each have a wonderful view of the hamlet of Asprières and surroundings. Adjacent to the kitchen there is an outside tiled patio perfect for breakfast under the morning sun. There is a real petanque court laid out in the garden.

We hebben ongelooflijk genoten van deze zeer nette en mooie, ruime, gerenoveerde gite. Gewoon alles was aanwezig: compleet uitgeruste keuken, zalige bedden, voldoende makkelijke zetels, 2 badkamers, fijn terras, een supermooie tuin met groot zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht, leuke omgeving om te wandelen ... Noem maar op...! Wij komen hier zeker nog vaak terug!
