Our home is one block to the Beach and Pier and just two blocks from all the Shopping, Dining and entertainment that Main street has to offer. This 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath home has been completely ripped apart and put back together with Travertine floors, gourmet kitchen, LCD television, A large front patio with fire pit, and so much more. Year round availability and great weather too.

Location and top quality will amaze you: Our home has been totally remodeled and features tumbled travertine flooring throughout the entire ground floor and new carpeting upstairs. The living room has high ceilings, a fireplace, and a hi-def television. French doors open to a huge front patio, outfitted with a Jen-air- gas barbeque and a gas fire pit. Your evenings will be spent sitting around the fire pit while enjoying a glass of wine or snack while people watching. There is also a table for dining and 2 lounges to soak in our warm California sun.

The fully appointed gourmet kitchen, with its granite counter tops, stainless appliances including a wolf range/oven, has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The kitchen opens up to a dining area, room to seat 8.

want more...: Off the kitchen and dining area is a large family room with a fireplace and a hi-def television. We also provide wireless, hi-speed internet, a DVD player, an X-Box and a Playstation 2. There are books, movies and games to use and enjoy during your vacation stay. French doors open to a small center patio where you will find an outdoor hot and cold shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. There is also a half bath just down the hall.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed and television. The master bath includes granite counter top and dual vanity sinks, a soaking tub and a large travertine walk-in shower.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a trundle. This room is ideal for children or single adults. It is themed the “surf room”. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a tub/shower, separates the 2 bedrooms. All beds are outfitted with European down comforters and duvets.

The real deal...: If your needs require baby items, we have available for your use a pack-and-play. high chair, and strollers.

There is an attached 2 car garage to accommodate your vehicle. The home contains everything you’ll want for a day at the beach, including boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, sand toys, beach towels and a red wagon for transporting the items.

Main street and The newest development, “The Strand”, is a 1 block walk, where you will find numerous boutiques, restaurants, pubs, and bars.

This Great home is a short walk to the Huntington Beach Hyatt and Hilton. If you are here for a convention, why not bring the family and make it a vacation. Renting our 2,400 square foot home for a week usually costs less than a stay in a fine hotel.

  • The Master bath is my favorite bathroom out of all the houses I manage. The walk in shower has a spray nozzle and a rainfall from the ceiling. The two smaller bedrooms share a jack n jill bathroom with dual sinks and private shower room.

  • The Master suite has its own beautiful new bathroom with separate Tub and walk in shower, the second bedroom has a new queen bed , the third bedroom is a child's room with 2 single beds and one trundle. The Home is also equipped with a pack&Play playpen for the really little ones. The beds ae all semi firm and very comfortable. There are extra pillows, and blankets available. Sheets and comforters change during the year depending on the weather. If you have special needs, just ask us.

There was nowhere else to mention it but, we have our own firepit in the front yard. Gas, no wood means you wont smell like a fire but you can cook a marshmallow!!

Had a great time in Huntington Beach!

The house was the perfect home base for the days that we made day trips to see some nearby sights (Joshua Tree National Park, Palm Springs, Warner Brother Studios and Indian Wells). And in between our travels the house was perfect for some relaxing down time. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front patio with the fire pit in the evenings and the proximity to the beach, which allowed for regular bike rides along the shore. The other thing we really enjoyed was the wide range of nearby shops and restaurants (all within a few minutes walking distance). Though we cooked frequently at the house, we did enjoy a few morning strolls to Main Street to have a breakfast in one of the open-air café’s.

Walli was a pleasure to work with always responding quickly to my inquires and was flexible in working with our arrival and departure times.

Perfect in every way

Our best experience so far with a rental home. The house itself is beautiful with plenty of room, well decorated and equipped, and the perfect location just far enough from Main St to be quiet yet still close to everything. The beach necessities were included and got used daily. The kitchen was well stocked and the linens were clean and new. Everything we needed was there except for food. The owner/manager had excellent communication and met us at the home and had everything ready. It was a pleasure to stay here and we will be back again.

Fantastic home close to everything!!

We have stayed at this home two times , each visit was for about a week. I can't say enough about the location, cleanliness and amenities.

First the location. The home is just a couple of streets off Main Street. Close enough that you can walk over in a few minutes, but just far enough away that you do not get the "downtown" foot traffic or noise. Every morning we walked on the pier with our hot coffee. In the evenings we strolled Main Street and enjoyed many of the restaurants and a few of the bars :)

As for the home, it is super clean! That is probably the most important thing to me when we travel. It is a large house and I am always impressed at the nice linens and decor. The kitchen is large and has everything you need for a home cooked meal.

Lastly the amenities, the owner provides beach gear and bikes. Our kids love riding the boardwalk. The front patio has a wonderful fire pit. We spent almost every night enjoying the soft ocean breeze by the fire.

I can't wait to return! It's a family favorite for us.

Third Summer we Rented

We lived in Orange County most of our lives and always loved the beach. We moved to Arizona and need a break in the summer. Our Kids and GrandsKids still life in Orange County. We rent the house because it has everything we need and more. No fighting with Calif freeways while there. Just make a few trips to the store and leave the car in the garage . Beach and Dining all within walking distance. What is so special is that we get to spend time with our 2 Grandkids for a whole week. The place is well stocked for cooking in if you prefer. Walli is a very professional Lady and good to rent from. She has plenty of Bike's to use if needed. Highly recommend this house for Family's with Children old enough to ride bikes. We saw a lot of people riding to the beach. The weather was perfect and we spent most of our time on the patio.

great beach house

This house worked perfectly for our group of four and would accommodate more people if needed. The house is lovely and the proximity to the beach and town was great. We parked our car in the garage and never moved it. We rode bikes on the boardwalk....there are around 8 bikes in the garage, took the beach wagon with all the supplies, to the beach, which is two blocks away....and walked to dinner each evening. There is a front porch where you can watch the world go by, with surfboards, beach gear, etc. Very nice setup in the kitchen. We were only there for two nights but would like to return for a longer time next time. There is a lot of baby gear, which was great, since we had a two year old with us! (toys, high chair, pack and play, etc) Walli, the owner, is very helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend this property!

Awesome House

I have been using Home Away and VRBO for over 20 years. Everyone in my family agreed that this is the best house we have ever rented. It has everything you need including bikes and beach gear. Location could not be better. Close to beach and great restaurants. We spent two weeks and didn't want to leave. Walli is great to work with. i will be contacting her about next year. You will not regret renting this house.
