4 Bedroom Property Sleeping 7 With Wifi and Garage Parking.

Edendore is a striking semi detached house with garage parking complete with electric charge point (please note garage not suitable for low slung sports cars and maximum car length is 5.2 mtrs). The property is located just a two minute walk from the heart of Looe and the beach and has easy access to shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and the bustling harbour. The property has been beautifully decorated and has a modern, clean look whilst retaining all of the wonderful character and charm of the building.

On entering Edendore there is a spacious hallway which provides access to the lounge. This is a beautiful room with a large bay window and window seat, there is ample comfortable seating for six, TV with DVD player and iPod docking staion. There is a door from the lounge leading out on the small balcony which gets the sun in the afternoon and evening. Also accessed from the hallway is the kitchen diner, newly fitted in Spring 2017 the lovely modern kitchen includes gas oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer drier and microwave.

A flight of stone steps from the back door of the property leads to a small enclosed rear courtyard with garden furniture for two.

Upstairs is the master bedroom, an attractive room with king size bed, wall mounted TV, built in wardrobes and dressing table. There is also a second, bright twin bedroom and a third bedroom with a single bed. The spacious, modern family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle with mixer shower, plus wc and wash hand basin. From the double and twin bedrooms there are views of the river over the roof tops. Upstairs is the loft space, converted in 2016, which has two single futons and a new en suite shower room with wc and wash hand basin.

Edendore is the perfect base for a family holiday being spacious, well equipped and offering stylish accommodation. It has lots of character, all mod cons including wifi and parking and is within a stones throw of the beach, town and harbour of ancient Looe.

Garage accessed via electric door. Please note the access by car from the road is very narrow and therefore not suitable for low suspension sports cars as they may ground out.

Small balcony at the front of the property and small enclosed courtyard to the rear, both with garden furniture.

Edendore is a really lovely house

It fulfilled all our expectations. A lovely well kept house in a perfect location for anyone needing easy access to the centre of the wonderful town of Looe and the fabulous beach. To have a secure garage to park the car is indeed a bonus.

We live near to Plymouth and so were very familliar with the town anyway, but my sister in law from the west midlands was very impressed. The town council and the tourist information officers are wonderful people and helped me to find a very important item of jewellery which I thought had been lost forever. Our next visit is likely to be the Music Festival in September, which is always great.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Edendore to anyone.

Lovely, spacious house in excellent location

Very impressed with our stay at Edendore. Key collection from the Select Convenience store was quick and easy with clear directions to the property. The road the property sits on is quite narrow and the garage had to be approached from a certain direction but again information was given for how to do this. We were thankful to have the garage as we left our car in it and because the property was so central we didn't need to get it out until we left! Edendore was a couple of minutes from numerous shops, bakeries and restaurants as well as the beach. The living room was bright and spacious with a balcony which we enjoyed using. It is a very narrow balcony so only enough room for 2 people. The kitchen diner was well equipped. There was also a rear yard but this didn't get much sun so we just used it for hanging out towels to dry. The beds were extremely comfortable and we found the 2nd shower room off the attic room very useful. In fact, we all preferred using that shower as it was more powerful than the main bathroom. I recommend the coastal walk to beautiful, quaint Polperro which took 2.5 hours including a stop at Talland Bay for refreshments. It is quite steep in parts so we decided to get the bus back to Looe. Tip, for children ask the bus driver for a 'Kid For A Quid' ticket! Would definitely stay at this property again.

The town of Looe with harbour, beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants is only a mile away with the picturesque old port of Polperro about 8 miles distant. Swimming, sea, river & lake fishing, boating, water sports, riding, golf, tennis, bowls, coastal walks, etc., are all readily available. Two local beaches can be reached on foot in five minutes. Looe is a busy fishing port. The Eden Project & the city of Plymouth are just over half an hour away with the north coast - Padstow, Rock, etc., reachable in about an hour.
