Situated in the seaside town of St Paul’s Bay which is located in the northwest part of the Island. This popular village is close to the all the best sandy beaches which also offers lots of activities for all age groups such as scuba diving , aquarium, water park for kids , water sports, excursions, traditional feasts, music festivals and gatherings and much more.
The apartment faces west and is very centrally located and situated a few minutes’ walk from all major amenities such as the square, pharmacies, butcher, fishmonger, supermarkets, casino, aquarium , bars, restaurants and bus stops and the seafront.
The accommodation has been recently refurbished and upgraded and fully licenses with MTA permits .Situated on the second floor of a smart and highly finished block served with lift. This apartment consists of a 75 square meter layout enjoying lots of natural light, an entrance to a living area equipped with LCD TV, sofa, landline and 24/7 wifi internet, a front balcony with two chairs, dining area with table and 6 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hood, electric hob and fridge freezer, microwave oven and all essential kitchen utensils. At the back side of the apartment is a box/ laundry room with an automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board. The sleeping quarters consist of a spare bedroom (with two single beds), and a large master bedroom with a double bedroom plenty of wardrobe space and a back balcony with hanging lines, both bedrooms come equipped with air-conditioning ( hot / cold ). There is also a good size shower room with 80 liters water heater and a 500ltrs water supply tank.
This apartment is equipped for both winter and summer holidays and includes the supply of fresh linen, towels, carpets. Quilts are available for the winter period. Also on request we can provide for free a cot and highchair.
Other equipment worth mentioning and available all year round are a hairdryer, adapters, iron and broucher with maps and details, fire extinguisher and fire blanket.
If one wishes we are able to organize transfers to and from the airport at a small charge. Our trusted taxi driver (Tony or his colleagues) will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it and will drive you directly to the apartment. His service is very often requested and used by our guests because besides from the fact that it's very convenient and hassle free, Tony is very friendly and helpful.
The apartment is fully licensed by Malta Tourism Authority.
The prices are all inclusive of 7% VAT and local taxes.
Prices quoted are based on 4 guests.
Additional guests: 20 € /person/ night - Fee applies to parties of more than 4 guests.

Final cleaning is included in the price, provided that the apartment is handed back clean.
An additional Sofa/folding-bed, baby-cot and highchair are available on request.
(October to June) check-ins after 16:00 are free of charge provided that we book an airport transport.
(July to September ) check-ins after 18:00 are free of charge provided that we book an airport transport.
Kindly note that for guests who opt for public transport or car rental, there will be a minimum of 35 Euros check-in fee for the first 1.5 hrs from landing time, and then a charge by the hour.
we (couple 60+yo) stayed 3 weeks in this apt from end of Oct to mid Nov 2016 + were fully satisfied.
very clean, everything as described. quiet neighbourhood, little street noise (dining area, bedrooms face a very quiet external courtyard/internal light shaft). apt is very looong: 25m from the dining to the big bedroom, maybe 30m from the one balcony to the other!). kitchen has all you need for self catering.
shop for daily needs with very friendly owners just around the corner; buses/supermarket/yummy bakery/butcher/fishmonger down at Mosta Street (10mins walk back+forth).

La casa è di nuova costruzione pulita ed ben arredata con mobili moderni ed essenziali. Ubicata a due passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro cittadino. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili per fornire ogni informazione utile per un piacevole soggiorno.
Very well air-conditioned, very clean and spacious flat. Claudia and Maurizio were extremely kind, friendly and helpful from the moment we booked through to check-out. We are definitely going back.
2nd year at these apartments, every thing youd want for self catering from knives, forks to extra sheets etc. close to bars, shops and a short walk to sea front, gets the sun at the back balcony in the morning and front balcony in the afternoon, any problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently, looking forward to staying another year!

The locality of St Paul’s Bay is one of the largest localities on the island. Its boundaries start from part of Bidnija, and extends to Burmarrad, Wardija, Qawra, Bugibba, St Paul’s Bay centre, Xemxija, Limbordin, Pwales and San Martin. St Paul’s Bay is both a touristic, residential, agricultural and fisherman’s locality.
