Villa Avocatier is a luxury house full of charm, located in a quiet and residential area, close to the center of St François, the golf course, the airfield and the beaches.
In a Zen and cozy atmosphere, it can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The tropical garden with trees is not overlooked.
Its exposure to the Golden Valley allows the trade winds to pleasantly ventilate the villa.
Around the infinity salt pool and the SPA, a large terrace of 70m2 on which sunbathing and hammock lend themselves to idleness!
The 3 bedrooms are air conditioned and fitted with mosquito nets.

Bel emplacement, tranquille, spacieux, complet

Une semaine en famille ( noptre fille, son compagnon et nos deux petites filles (13 et 7 ans) Elles ont apprécié la piscine, les environs...l'espace . Nos hotes ont été charmants et accueillants.

Superbe villa

Patricia est une personne vraiment très sympathique, charmante, je n'ai vraiment rien à redire à part que nous sommes prêt à revenir. Le planteur les bananes les bières pain brioché nous avons vraiment apprécié ! C'est des petites choses que nous ne voyons pas partons et qui font plaisir. La villa est vraiment superbe. Encore une fois merci

En tout point conforme à nos attentes !

Accueil parfait de la part de nos hôtes. La maison etait en tout point conforme à nos attentes ! Exactement comme sur les photos, voire mieux. L'ambiance, la deco et le cadre nous ont transporté "ailleurs" dans un véritable havre de paix et de sérénité. Nous avons passé 15 jours au paradis ! Merci à Patricia et Jean Paul pour ce très agréable sejour !
