Very bright and functional apartment (renovated in January 2017)

Studio of 40 m2, which can accommodate maximum 3 people and including a large living room / bedroom, with a double bed and a single extra bed (convertible chair). SAM table with 4 chairs and buffet / bar / library.

The large 20 m2 terrace overlooking the marina of Binic, the beach and the village, with electric awning, garden furniture and sun loungers, offers additional room for sunny days.

Bathroom + WC and separate kitchen.

At your disposal: WIFI, TV + DVD player, library, board games and videos, Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave oven, gas hob, sufficient crockery, central heating. .

Bed linen and towels are provided for 2 persons. Upon request, free availability of a bed BB + mattress, and bike room closed.

The apartment, on the ground floor is accessible for someone in a wheelchair accompanied.

The building is very good standing with elevator, secure access with digital code and intercom. Free parking in front of the residence.

The location of this apartment makes it an ideal point for discovering the Breton coast. It is located equidistant from the most interesting sites for one-day excursions: to the west, Paimpol and the Isle of Brehat, Perros-Guirec and the 7 islands, Ploumanach and its sculpted rocks, east, the Emerald Coast to St Malo via the reserve of Cap Frehel, Fort La Latte Castle and Dinard. Not to mention the treasures of the interior, like Dinan, Moncontour or Quintin ...

without forgetting the coastal path which starts at 5 minutes walk from the apartment for scenic hikes.

The small port of Binic, called "the mole Côtes d'Armor" is by itself an attraction and is well endowed with activities, bars and restaurants open all year.

From the terrace you can admire the arrival and departure of boaters and the ever changing spectacle of the sea, the tides. Change of scenery and fresh air guaranteed!

So good we had to come again

Our first stay at this property in June this year (2017) for a week was so beautiful that we returned in September for another week. The unusual aspect of this apartment - south-facing on the north Brittany coast - meant that we had sunshine on the balcony for most of each day. The stunning beaches of this area are just wonderful, the sea goes out so very far and the beaches are so flat that one can stroll or paddle or swim to one's heart's content. Needless to say the food around this area is fresh and delicious as only the French can supply. Our hostess was extremely friendly and helpful in every way and the apartment was comfortable and superbly furnished and supplied. We're certainly hoping to return in the not too distant future.

Sonniges Appartment mit Blick auf den Hafen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Binic. Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in der Küche findet man alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Das Appartment ist auch größer, als wir es anhand der Fotos erwartet hatten und der große Südbalkon mit Meer- und Hafenblick und Sonne von morgens bis abends ist ein absolutes Highlight.

De vraies vacances dans de très bonnes conditions

Un accueil chaleureux dans ce studio bien équipé et très bien situé : accès facile aux commerces, aux plages ( ainsi qu'à la piscine d'eau de mer) et au GR34.

Un appartement qui est toujours aussi agréable...la preuve c'est notre 4eme passage et surement pas le dernier, ajoutez à cela une propriétaire aux petits soins...
