There are also some parks around the neighborhood such as Zenpukuji Park and Inokashira Park. They are both famous for cherry blossom viewing and their autumn leaves. Perfect Location

Our extended family of six recently stayed here for 6 nights. Location of apartment is perfect, we spent sometime wandering around the shops- found some fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets, etc. Easy access to Tokyo and suburbs. The train system is great and we didn't have any problems getting around. Makoto was extremely helpful, he met us at the train station and provided all the information we needed. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again.

We stayed at the Nishi-Ogikubo apartment for 28 days and it was so well-located just minutes from the station and the 24 hr supermarket. Excellent Tempura restaurant just near the station and great steakhouses up the road. Our 2 kids, 11 and 8, also found their room comfortable and had plenty of room for their clothes, suitcases and purchases. Having the extra living room with the TV was a great place to relax and to entertain guests and it was important to have that extra space. I thought we'd be a bit far from Shinjuku, but the Sobu line is so direct to other stations and runs so frequently that it was really convenient. Mac met us late on a public holiday, helped with renting phones, answered my numerous queries and arranged for our luggage to be sent to Narita when we left - what excellent service! Thank you Mac. The only thing I would have liked was to have had the cable or satellite TV working so that we could watch some English language TV in the evenings to relax. Maybe we should have been out enjoying the nightlife, but we were usually exhausted from all the travel during the day. Thanks so much for an excellent time in Tokyo.
