This comfortable villa for 6-8 people is located in a peacefull part of the village Kringa in the green Istrian inland, 24 km away from Poreč and 21 km from the sea. The house was built in the year 2012, and is furnished with new and modern furniture. Located on its own piece of land of 2.000 m2, the Villa Vernier offers its guests a 40 m2 large swimming pool, a well maintained garden with barbecue, terrace with garden furniture and own parking spaces for 3 cars. The owner of the house does not live on the property. Villa for 6-8 people with a total of 155 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor there's a completely equipped kitchen, dining-living room with a two-persons sleeping couch, satellite TV and exit to the terrace, one two-persons bedroom with a double bed, air-conditioner and shower/toilet, one more shower/toilet. At the first floor of the house there are two air-conditioned double bedrooms with double bed, shower/toilet and a common terrace with view at the pool and the green valley.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Stayed there in August 2016. Are group consisted of four adults, 1 child (3) and a dog. We arrived later than expected, 2200 instead of 1600.

The owner had been waiting all day for us. When we arrived we had a short introduction. We also received a complentery wine (was very good). And fresh fruit and some drinks in the fridge.

The house

The house is well maintained. It was also well cleaned we we arrived. Pool was nice and clean. Grass was mowed. The house is as advertised. Nice, comfortable and every room has a well working A/C.

The ensuite bathrooms were also nice and clean. Equipped with hairdryer.

Kitchen necessities were well stocked. Enough pots and pans to make a nice dinner for eight and even also the necessary BBQ equipement. Again, everything nice and clean, dishwasher, oven and stove. Dishwasher and washer was a great plus. The pool was nice. The owner's son comes in the moring to clean the pool. You can also make another arragement if you want to.


The location of the house is ideal. You are not near the main road. The house is fenced, so the dog could walk freely outside. The neighbours do not look directley into your house. There house is oppisite of yours. They do have dogs, but so does everybody in the neighborhood. The other house is used for a business. It's completely closed, so you do not see anyone.

There is a store just 5 min walk where you can buy fresh bread. Everything is reasonably priced. About 800meters there is a restaurant. Also reasonably priced. But do, make reservation. A lot of stuff on the menu is on special order and takes about 3 hours to prepare.

You are about 20 min away from Poric (no toll) and about 15 min away from a Lidl or Kaufland where you can get more groceries. Nearby is not much to do. You really need a car to get around.


The owners were really nice and helpfull. If we needed anything there son was there within 10 min. We had a great time. Certainly going back.
