This beautiful period building has an abundance of charm and character ,with the local area safe for the elderly or a young family.
We offer a "meet and greet" service, answer any of your query's you may have and show you around the Apartment.When you are in and happy you are left to enjoy your stay.If you require a parking bay while you unload let us know in advance and this can be arranged.You can park free of charge up the Road (1 km) ideal for longer stays and if you do not intend to use your vehicle, or 2 mins away at a cost of £5.00 for 24 hrs ( maps for parking are in Apartment).
Property is "Family friendly" and equipped with Travel Cot, High chair, Steam sterilizer, Socket covers, Children s cutlery, Plates and Bowls, Toddler steps,Potty, as well as a selection of toys, books, games and DVDs.
Beach equipment is also in the Apartment.
We do not hold a damage deposit unlike most other Holiday rentals making the whole check in / check out process that much easier.Also their are no "hidden costs" as in cleaning etc so the price you see is the price you get!
Brighton and Hove has a second to none Bus service which runs every 5 mins and through the night. Take the number 7 bus to the Marina which boasts a 26 Lane Bowling Alley, eight screen Cinema, health and fitness Club, Scuba Diving and Sailing Club, kids funfair and slides and many top Restaurants.

There is the stunning Heritage of the Royal Pavilion, Regency Architecture, and Victorian Aquariums and the fun of Brighton Pier and the Brighton Wheel. This cosmopolitan city has something to offer everyone, from its famous night-life to the cobbled streets of the 'Lanes',a vast array of boutique shops or dine in one of the renowned restaurants and cafes.
Preston street is the 'food street' with award winning restaurants. It has Chinese, Greek, Lebanese, Japanese, Italian, Korean, Indian etc. etc. The pub has won awards for the best Sunday roast in the area.

West of Brighton city centre is the area of Brunswick and Hove, resplendent with acres of Regency town houses, terracotta mansions and elegant mews. Brunswick is one of the citys most colourful quarters and has a thriving community.

The property is located directly on the sea front, with stunning sea views. It is also conveniently only a 5 minute walk from Brighton town centre & Brighton Conference centre & 20 minutes walking distance from Brighton Marina with its great restaurants, Bars & shopping centre. Surrounding all of this is 16 acres of Sea front Parkland. Alternatively you can use the oldest working electric Railway line in the world (Volks) which runs from the Promenade to the Marina.
Hove benefits from a friendly 'village atmosphere' steeped in history yet only minutes away from the vibrant night life which Brighton has to offer. Many specialist restaurants are located around the vicinity of the apartment, all with in walking distance so you can park up and forget about the car!
Hove seafront offers Wind surfing training at the Lagoon.Just along the beach front there is the Bowls Lawn, further along a full size 5 a side football pitch, tennis courts,beach volley ball, table tennis and many more outdoor sports facilities.
Brighton Marina with its new restaurants and board walk is always a "must visit".
All the usual attractions are on offer at the beach, just a stones throw away! The original Victorian 'Open market'. Visit 'Sea life Centre', or Lewis Castle . Possibly Arundel with its magnificent Cathedral and Castle. Drusillas 200 park at Alfriston (16 miles away). Eastbourne (20 miles away).

This apartment was in a fantastic location. Lots of great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.
The two bedrooms were perfect for our family of four.

We were due to stay from 27 August having booked this property in January 2015. Feel badly let down as we were contacted by email at 10.30 am the previous day to tell us that due to flooding in the apartment he had to cancel the booking. It was lucky that my husband had checked our emails that morning as I was at work and would not have got the message till 5 that evening. It was a bank holiday weekend and some of our group were flying in from Germany. I then had an extremely stressful afternoon trying to find other affordable accommodation as all the hotels were fully booked.
We stayed here for two nights and was met by Robert who was very friendly and helpful. He answered all questions we had and helped us also with parking.
The apartment was lovely and comfortable and had all amenities that were needed included. The beds were comfortable and the views of the sea were amazing.
Overall an incredible stay will definitely be returning.

We stayed for 2nights property was very nice , clean and tidy , and what a view in the morning when the sun is out . Everything you needed was in the apartment , and would have loved to have stayed longer . Robert was always at the end of the phone for any queries we had , so all in all a great stay , and yes we would go again .
Any one looking at this property just book , parking is about half a mile away and £5 for 24hours. The bonus with this is you don't have to worry about your car , and everything is local and within easy walking distance , we had a 3year old was a relaxing break and he loved it all

Apartment exceeded our expectations, furnishing very good, large airy rooms, all very well equipped, with a stunning view of the sea. Excellent place, very clean, and roomy. Beautiful view and close to main attractions just a 10 minute or so walk. The owner was very easy to work with and very nice. Would definitely use again.
This area has so many outdoor activities all year round, and benefiting from the best weather in the U.K
The Summer season kicks off with the Brighton Marathon in April and then right the way through to late October something new is happening from Festivals to Rally's.
