This cabin is perfect for the couple looking for a romantic getaway. Perfectly appointed, my husband and I literally could not have asked for anything more. The decor was extremely tasteful, and we had absolutely everything we needed (and more). Rustic exposed beams, skylights, deck, and cozy fireplace made this midweek escape one of the best we've ever had. A large selection of books, DVDs, and brochures for all the local parks, restaurants, vineyards, museums, and villages ensured that we spent our time enjoyably. The bedroom was surprisingly spacious with a big comfortable bed, fine linen and bedspread, and perfectly furnished. The bathroom was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking our dinner in the well-stocked kitchen with the local produce we picked up during the day, and also appreciated the wireless internet connection with helped us keep tabs on what was happening in the "real world". There was plenty of closet space for us to keep our things and even a washer and dryer. This cabin is truly perfect, and we plan on staying again.
Perfect escape from the city!
The cottage is quiet and peaceful and we were actually sad to leave it. Can't wait to visit again.
Private charming cottage !
The cottage was light and airy, clean and very charming! The deck off the back of the cottage was private with amazing views. A great place to kick off your shoes take in the beauty and relax.
The bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage and a queen size comfortable bed with nice linens. You are also provided with great plush towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. The only item missing for us was a frying pan.
Irene was a gracious host and we would highly recommend her enchanted cottage to anyone looking for a private, quiet getaway.
Glenn and Annamaria were wonderful guests who appreciated the cottage and cared for it as if it were their own. I'm glad that they enjoyed their stay and am only sorry that I had not pointed out that the frying pans and bakeware were in the stove drawer. Mea culpa.
Great romantic getaway!
Quiet, well-maintained with all the comforts of home. Convenient to good dining, hiking and sightseeing....
Host was communicative but not intrusive.
Cottage was well appointed but not overwrought. We had a great time, were welcomed warmly, and will consider returning.
Clean and cozy
Wanted for nothing
