Sabran is the ideal starting point from which to explore Provence. You will be seduced by this small, quiet village in the heart of Provence, and can explore the area by bike, horse or on foot, admiring the wonderful scenery, the forests, the vineyards, the waterfalls, the caves and more as you go. Bathe in the Cèze river, a ten-minute walk away, or enjoy rafting or fishing. With bars and restaurants in Bagnols, a ten-minute drive from Sabran, you will discover the local gastronomy and appreciate all that Provençe has to offer. Marvel at the lavender fields and vineyards and don't forget to check out the Sautadet waterfalls, ten kilometres from the village. A great day out is a trip to Nîmes with its well-preserved Roman buildings, or Avignon with its Palais des Papes (Popes' Palace) and numerous churches.
