The Apartment/House is located in Benicasim, overlooking the bay with stunning views, both during the day and night time.

A most spacious outside area comprising of terraces, decked areas and lovely garden, provide the option to live, dine and relax in a perfect outside environment to really enjoy your holiday.

Garden lighting, a 6-person American Jacuzzi bath nestles within the garden but still overlooking the bay to stimulate both children and adults alike.

The stay has been perfect . The attention from Lucas has been excellent and we felt attended at all times . The apartment and surroundings are exclentes , meeting the expectations fully .

This is a fantastic property in a lovely location.

The apartment is clean and well maintained, brilliantly equipped; from everything you need in the kitchen, to beach towels and toys to plenty of books. It was a complete delight to stay in.

The look and feel is modern, with good sized rooms, great bathrooms and comfortable beds.

As other reviewers have advised, there is a brilliant and versatile outside space which can be used during the day or evening - there are electronic sun shades which allow you to either sit in or out of the sun and with the apartment being on the hill a delightful view and breeze can be enjoyed whilst relaxing or dining.

The communal pool is a good size and was relatively quiet during our stay and all of the neighbours using it that we did encounter were friendly.

The hot-tub is a nice addition, especially of an evening.

The location is great, but I would advise having a car so that you can get the best out of the location - there is a decent bus service if you walk to the bottom of the hill, and plenty of taxi's available, but a car would allow you to make the most of the beautiful coast.

The owner Lucas is brilliant, with great communication from start to finish. During our stay he was friendly, helpful and informative, providing a wonderful welcome and fantastic customer service - he went above and beyond our expectations in terms of making sure we had a great stay.

I would absolutely recommend this property - it's the kind of place that you really don't want to leave at the end of your holiday!

Fantastic apartment with everything needed

We had the most fantastic stay in this wonderful apartment. The apartment is situated very beautifully on a hill side with the most amazing view over the sea on your left hand side and the mountains on the other side. Really therapeutic to sit in the lounge furnitures and look at the view.

The apartment has everything needed for the perfect holiday including huge towels for the pool and all the equipment you can ask for.

It is brilliant that half of the terrace is in shade and the other one is sunny so you can decide for yourself what you prefer. The hot tub is brilliant and luxury to relax in.

The owner took very good care of us and recommended good shopping places as well as great restaurants. Be aware that a car is needed to go down to the city.

We really hope to be back again!

what a fantastic place!

The overall experience of this property was amazing, from the great service to great communication, to fantastic interior but the thing that blows you away is the patio area where we spent most of our time. The place has a quality ambience with everything you can think of available to enable your stay to be as easy and convenient as possible. The shared swimming pool is clean and quiet with great views. The hot tub, wow. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to live in style for a short break, we didn't want to leave! I would advise hiring a car, as the hill to the property is quite steep. Overall this is a 10/10 experience with very friendly customer service. Benicassim is a lovely place with lots to do close by. Aquarama is 10 mins away and we spent 7 hours there which went by in a flash. We'll be going back

Magnifique sejour dans ce superbe appartement

Nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes ayant sejourne 3 semaines dans ce superbe appartement.

L appartement est tres bien equipe et la disposition des pieces ainsi que la partie exterieure permettent un sejour agreable pour toute la famille.

Situe dans un lotissement calme, nous avons trouve le repos dont nous avions besoin loin du stress parisien.

Comme mentionne dans les precedents commentaires, pour profiter au mieux de la situation de l appartement, il est recommande d avoir un vehicule.

Vous pouvez prendre votre petit dejeuner sur la terrasse vue sur la mer, profiter du jacuzzi ou aller a la piscine commune.

Les personnes habitant le lotissement sont tres respectueux des lieux.

Nous avons beaucoup voyage dans plusieurs villes et pays et c est l une des rares locations ou sans doute la seule pour laquelle je ne trouve aucun point negatif.

Je reviendrai sans aucune hesitation.

Le contact avec Lucas, qui est tres disponible et avenant, s est tres bien passe avant, pendant et apres le sejour.

Merci a lui car nous avons passe un super sejour!

10 minutes to the National park of Desierto de las Palmas (mountain with spectacular views).
