Beach Haven Garden: Fleur built in 2006 Oceanside front unit of back/front town homes. Top floor: sunny, lots of windows, vaulted ceiling, fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, new dw, garbage disposal, fridge w/ ice maker, water on door, Bose radio. Powder room behind large pantry.

Dining area: seating for eleven. Lliving room: comfy new sectional, recliners, fireplace. Off living room: small deck and stairway to rooftop deck. This rooftop deck provides views of ocean/bay especially nice at sunrise, sunset.

Lower level: 3 bdrms. containing a queen, 2 singles, bunk : twin over double; 2 full baths, one with tub/shower, one with shower. TVs in bdrms, washe/dryer in hallway closet. Ground floor: bonus room, tv, wii. Outside shower w/ dressing area, Weber grill, backyard: picnic table, chairs, beach chairs. Cable, Internet access, land line phone. Central air, heat, ceiling fans throughout. Beach badges included. On site parking. A place to relax in a beachy home and yet be nearby to all island activities.

Beautiful Home in the heart of LBI

We rent this house every summer and it never disappoints! The location cannot be beat. It is a short walk to the beach or the bay and a less than 5 minute drive to the main attractions on the island, (i.e. Bay Village, Mini Golf, Water Slides, shopping, restaurants, etc.).

As for the house itself, it is beautifully done and there is always plenty of room to accommodate each guest. The large third floor, which is the main living area, is spacious enough to entertain a bigger group with plenty of seating and an open floor plan. The bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect for a beach getaway. The outside shower, grill and picnic area in the backyard is also a plus. And, finally, the roof deck is definitely the crowd pleaser! Panoramic views of the island at sunset or sunrise really solidify how much we adore this house.

The owner is always more than accommodating and it is always a pleasure planning our vacation with her. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone who loves LBI as much as we do!

GREAT Rental

My family rented this home for a week this summer, and it was such a great experience. Super clean, spacious, and close to the beach and all the exciting places LBI has to offer. The rooftop deck was probably the best part, being able to relax and watch the sunset at night. I highly recommend renting this property. Owner was very nice and quick to respond. Enjoy!

Our Home Away From Home

The house was everything the owners said it would be and more! It was big, comfortable, modern, clean and convenient to the beach, town, restaurants, etc. It was well-equipped with all the modern conveniences. Having the garage available for bikes, boogie boards and beach toys was a real plus. The water pressure was fabulous, especially in the outdoor shower. The instructions that were left were accurate and having the beach badges was a major perk. I would highly recommend this property to any family or group who want to be near the beach and town and live in a modern, well-kept home. We go to Long Beach Island every summer and this was the nicest place we have ever stayed in. We will be back again next summer! Thank you.

Great Family Vacation Spot

This home is great for a family. Plenty of eating/sitting space in the kitchen/great room area. Short walk to beach. 1 mile to Fantasy Island and other activities in Beach Haven. Outdoor shower is awesome! Very nice house.

It couldn't have been better

My family stayed here last year. We found it superior to any of the places we have stayed on the island before. It is very kid friendly. The kitchen is very nice, clean, well equipped and bright. The bedrooms are comfortable and we appreciated the room darkening shades. It looks and feels like a new home. Communication was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend it to my family and friends. We loved the very central location.

Beach Haven duplex

We had stayed here last summer in June and it was very close walking distance to the beach and close to the amusement park. The place itself was clean, new and roomy. I would recommend this place for young families, the only problem is there are alot of stairs. The other problem we had was the grill was in the backyard which was kind of hard to get to from the kitchen on the top floor and we couldn't get it to work. We had also asked the owner prior to arriving if there were beach badges included and she said that they would be there and they weren't, so we had to buy our own for the week and they had kept part of our deposit because they thought we took the badges that belonged to them home. For the most part the place was good and we enjoyed our stay.
