At the foot of the ski slopes, this spacious 4-bedroom apartment has 4 bathrooms or shower rooms, 2 toilets, a huge living room with fireplace, 2 South and West-exposed balconies with views of the Mont Blanc and the mountain. The apartment is located in a small 4-apartment residence. It is perfectly fitted: kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave and crockery for 10 guests. The bathrooms or shower rooms are equipped with heated towel rails. There is a fireplace in the living room for nice roaring fire. There is also a huge pleasant ski room equipped with ski shoe dryer to store your skis and ski equipment in a hot and dry place. Guests can enjoy the benefits of Résidence Les Arolles with free access to the covered heated pool, the sauna and the hammam. There is also a free parking space in the covered parking area of the residence.

A superb apartment with everything you need

The apartment was on the ground floor of a small block. Outside the apartment was car free, so safe for children. The snow was deep and the short walk was picturesque. The apartment had an excellent layout. Just outside the front door was a small area, with a bench, so that ski boots could be easily taken off/ The totally separate ski room was adjacent and we thought that we were in total luxury with heated boot and glove warmers. The kitchen was well equipped and it was pleasing to find little extras such as salt and pepper. a few spices, dish washer tablets, etc. Theses items are frequently not included s a nice touch. There was ample hot water at all times. The apartment was very clean throughout. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was spaceous and the children were able to sleep in a room far from the lounge so that they were not disturbed once asleep. Each bedroom had its own bathroom ( 3 en-suite) so getting ready was easy for all. The lounge was large with comfortable seating. The dining table was large enough to take 10. The view was splendid. Unfortunately we could not use the balcony as there was too much snow The landlord phoned us on 2 occasions to ensure all was well and the welcome box, of local goodies, was very well received. The children enjoyed the swimming pool in the nearby Chalet des Neiges. Within the swimming pool complex was also a sauna and steam room. A pleasant relaxation after skiing. The early morning delivery of bread, croissants, pain au raisin, etc was an added luxury. The nearest mini market was about 150metres away. The nearest drag lift a 100m. This took you up the the central area of Arcs 2000 from where the whole ski area opened up. To sum up- this was an exceptional, high quality apartment with an excellent location. It had everything you need for a holiday with lots of additional benefits.

Chalet exceptionnel   5 de 5 Notre séjour au chalet était super ! L’accueil était chaleureux et professionnel. Le chalet est magnifique, spacieux, bien équipé et très bien placé avec une vue exceptionnelle . Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour qui nous a permis de nous déconnecter du quotidien. Great location in Arc 2000

A very convenient place to stay for skiing in Les Arcs. Good bedrooms with comfortable bedding and linens. Good communication with owner and check in process was easy and good information given. The only disappointment was the kitchen area which was too cluttered with items and food remaining from previous guests.

We decided to create this family holiday rental business because we love the mountains and particularly the station of Arc 2000 for its extraordinary scenery: stunning views of the Mont Blanc and the mountainous cirque at the foot of a glacier with a perfect snow cover.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this apartment for its comfort and location, in the middle of nature and at the foot of the slopes, not overlooked, at an altitude of 2000 m to guarantee a nice snow cover. We fell in love with the views from the apartment and the balconies to the Mont Blanc, the mountain or the slopes.

What makes this property unique

It is a very spacious 98 m² apartment with big bedrooms, many storage spaces and a living space of almost 30 m². It is a pleasant quiet environment with chalets at the foot of the station of Arc 2000 yet close to all amenities. Enjoy the comfort of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms or shower rooms for a stay in family or with friends with enough space. There are assets such as the fireplace, the huge ski room where the shoe dryer gives you the opportunity to have dry shoes and gloves the next morning, the pool and the fitness area less than 80 m from the residence.
