My wife Cheryl and I have two daughters. We live in Golden Colorado. Cheryl works at a local hospital and I work in the Information Technology field. We have a lifelong passion for travel and have traveled to many exciting places as a family. Travel has helped to develop and maintain a close relationship with our daughters. Why David Neitz chose Branson West
I'm from a large family of seven and my wife has two siblings. We love to travel with members of our family, so we decided to buy a total of four townhomes to accommodate our family. We also received requests from large groups that were planning family reunions and decided we were not alone in our need for more space for large family groups. Two of our three bedroom three bath townhomes were custom built to allowing wheelchair access to the entire main floor including a private bedroom and bath. We wanted to offer access to the elderly and for the brave men and women of our armed services that are wheelchair bound so that they may enjoy sharing lodging with family members.
What makes this Townhome unique
We enjoy taking advantage of all the amenities StoneBridge has to offer! We golf at Ledgestone and swim in one of the three pools. Spending time on the screened porch is a great way to reflect on the day and just relax!

We received outstanding directions to Stonebridge and arrived at the Welcome Center on time. We were received by a very helpful and friendly staff. The unit was very beautifully decorated and family oriented. We had the privilege of traveling with our daughter and son and their families and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay, build lasting memories and tour Branson. We were a mile from Silver Dollar City and 15 minutes from everything downtown.
The guards at the gate and center were eager to help us with directions to anything we wanted to do. If we are back in the area, we will definitely stay at Stonebridge again.
Lovely home, beautiful view, walk-in access
The setting for this property has wonderful views, just outside Branson and convenient to many places. Out stay included family from MN along with us coming from OK. We were impressed with all the living space and how everything was arranged in the condo. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of linens, kitchen utensils amply provided. Appreciated the condo setting rather than a cramped hotel! Delightfully decorated and furniture was comfortable. Although the weather prevented us from using it, the screened-in, wrap-around porch was a great idea.
This large 3-bedroom home was very comfortable for us, allowing space to gather for visiting and eating, but also private areas to get away.
We enjoyed our stay and should our need for a large group be necessary again, will definitely return.

Great Place For the Family
The condo was clean, quiet, comfortable and close to where we wanted to go. Our checkin/checkout was smooth and friendly. Very comfortable for the family, ranging in age from two to Geezer. We will stay here again.

An OK property
We enjoyed ur stay at this property. Check-in was easy and the people in the Welcome Center were friendly. The resort property was just fine. The location was good. The condo itself was just ok. The furniture is not the best and needs to be updated. The sheets on the bed in the master bedroom (and we assume all the beds were the same) were extremely thin. It would have been nicer if there were some quality sheets there. The condo was not real clean. The floors could use some real extreme cleaning. We looked under one of the sofas and there were plenty of crumbs there. The dishes were plentiful but some were dirty. There was food left on some of the plates. We wound up running all of the dishes, glasses and utensils through the dish washer. We should not have had to do that but felt it was necessary. The dishwasher was so loud that we could barely hear the TV over it. The TV in the living room was too small and mounted way too high on the wall. It was not comfortable to watch. The cables running along the wall and up to the TV was an eyesore. The second bathroom downstairs had two screws in the wall over the toilet to hold some sort of artwork. But there was no artwork there. The shower head in the master bathroom was about as cheap as they come. It did work but it was marginal. The HVAC system was not easy to control and seemed to be marginal as well. The cfl lighting was marginal and dated. It is time to upgrade to some nice, bright LED lighting. It was nice to have a garage available to use - but it would have been even nicer if we had the use of a remote control. It would also have been nice to have a code to use the secondary entrance to the resort property so that we would not have to go all the way to the main gate every time.
We did enjoy our stay here but it was not nearly as nice as we had expected. It is time for some serious updating to this property.
Thank you for your feedback. We take great pride in our units and the only way we can maintain our 4.9 rating over 11 years is to get feedback. We have addressed the cleaning issues, including the dirty dishes with the onsite house keeping. Linens are replaced on a regular basis with a shrinkage fee we pay each cleaning and we have requested house keeping check the condition of all our linens.
Onsite maintenance is replacing the shower head and checking the HVAC and would have addressed both issues promptly during your stay if notified. We agree the TV was mounted too high and we have an open work order for maintenance to lower the TV and tidy-up the cables.
For the safety of our guests, we have expiring electronic key cards and don't provide a remote to the garage door or a code. Someone keeping a physical key, remote or having a code would have access to the unit when a future guest is in the unit. Unfortunately, the gate to the community doesn't have expiring card keys or codes, so entering the community is via the 24-hour attended gate and you can exit from both gates.
We keep all our units updated with regular replacement of artwork and furniture as needed and we will personally check the condition during our annual deep-cleaning and painting in February.
The community was great and so was the condo. There are 3 pools so that you can choose which one suits you or try them all. There is a fishing lake and tennis courts. If you didn't bring fishing poles or tennis rackets they provide them at the club house. Branson is a very safe place but I liked that the community had a security gate which to enter the property. Make sure you explore. There is a wonderful creek. The beds were comfortable. There were more in the kitchen that I had expected, spices, salt, pepper, ziplock bags, etc. We would stay here again.
There are activities for the entire family. The golfers in the family will enjoy the Ledgestone Golf Course. Described by Golf Digest as “a masterpiece of mountain golf architecture,” Ledgestone is rated as #9 in Missouri.
Silver Dollar City is only 1 mile away. Styled after an 1890’s town, the park is filled with interesting arts and crafts created by people in period costumes.
Table Rock Lake is only 4 miles away with, scuba, water skiing and swimming at moon shine beach.
New this year is the $420 million Branson Landing in historic downtown Branson featuring a $7.5 million spectacular attraction that synchronizes water, light, sound and fire, created by Wet Design, the producers of world-class shows for Downtown Disney Marketplace in Orlando, Universal City Walk in California and the Bellagio in Las Vegas.
Enjoy day trips to the Victorian community of Eureka Springs or the historic town of Carthage.

No animal, other than two normal household dogs, each of less than 25 pounds, or one generally recognized household dog that weighs less than 40 pounds, shall be permitted to be kept in unit. Pets must be leashed and owners must pick up after pets. Pet fee is $50 per stay and non-refundable.
