Why Mountain Properties chose Woodland Park
over the past few years we've had some of the same families come and enjoy our property. No crowds to fish, peace, and extra amenities you and your family will enjoy. Our maintenance man is close by for the unexpected and has worked for us for 12 years. Walking out the front door and seeing the wild life, geese and mountains is pretty amazing. No out of state license and only charged if you have a POLE in the lake so no pre pay required. Best location for price and space with views that will make you catch your breath.
What makes this Lodge unique
Walking out the front door and fishing in beautiful Colorado. Sitting on the deck with your morning coffee and gazing at the water and Mountains. No per person fees, no pet fees and extra amenities for you and your group. Propane always provided and an amazing rear patio with rock walls, flagstone and fire pit. Separate fenced area for your pets.

Beautiful lake mountain views
Our family enjoyed the stay in Divide. The views were amazing and the people who lived around the lake were all so friendly. It was a terrific experience and we would definitely recommend this property as a 5 star mountain vacation experience.
Thank you for taking the time to write your experience and we always appreciate clean and respectful guests, Cathrine and David
exceptional value for the space
Now I understand why your calender is so full. The house is well maintained, clean and lots, lots of space. Mom and Dad insisted on a fire every night (lots of wood) so we didn't need to buy it like in previous rentals Dad took the kids down daily for fishing in the boat, and Mom and I took off to Cripple Creek twice; no luck, but a great time. Massive home with lots of space for the children to play, and witnessed the deer strolling through every morning. Views were spectacular, and have recommended to friends in Tacoma. We didn't need out of state fishing license nor the poles which was extra pleasant since we flew in to COS. Dad is planning a man retreat next summer!!
We always appreciate reviews and thank you for taking the time to make one on our property. Glad we made a wonderful impression, and your Dad already booked his "man retreat"=)

Wonderful big house for reunions on the lake
We were 5 couples gathering 50 years after being college roommates. We each had a bedroom, and there were 3 bathrooms. THe kitchen is huge and well stocked with pots, dishes, equipment. The gas firepit and the hot tub were appreciated and used! But if we had children along, there was plenty for them to do also. Walks around the lake and a trip to nearby Fossil Bed National Park was great. Delightful place.
We appreciate you taking great care of our home and glad you enjoyed. Our favorite is walking the lake at dusk when all is very quiet.
Thank you and hope you come back to visit,
Cathrine and David
Large house in a beautiful setting
Great location to be in the middle of everything. Most activities were within 2 hours of the house. Very convenient!
Thank you for taking the time to write about your stay. We do hope you come back again!
trees, space, hot tub, and fire pit were great!
This home was nicely laid out, everything stocked with utensils to huge cooking pots for our stay. You walk out front door and the views are enough to make your heart jump. Highly recommend. This was only home we have ever been to that provided unlimited fire wood which is a nice touch and not spending 8 dollars a bundle at the store. Our children played in the lower family room and I'd estimate the space 1200 square foot allowing the Adults some quiet time in the nicely decorated Living Room upstairs with the views of trees, mountains and the lake. The backyard is fenced for our pets and separated from the hot tub area. Thank you for your time and allowing us to stay in this lovely Lodge,
Deb and Tim
Beautiful huge house for a family gathering
Owners thought of everything! Layout and all amenities, no pet fee made this the perfect choice, and clean. Fresh blankets/comforters (we have stayed in places where it was obvious the blankets were used several times). Nice fire place to keep warm with firewood. Directly out back is hot tub, plenty of room to bake in a well stocked kitchen. The wet bar none refrigerator were an excellent add on to the house. Was great to have 2 full size refrigerators. The lower level bath tub is large for two little twins and we even had a full size dishwasher.
In the morning we took our cups of coffee out on the deck to see the sunrise coming up over the mountains on the lake was very breath taking. Plenty of hiking and snow falling on one of our days of visiting Mueller State Park. Saw deer stroll thru the front three times. Thank you for quick responses and organizing this for our family=)
We appreciate you and your family taking great care of our home. Appreciate your detailed review and taking time to write one,
