Nice aparment witn awesome location!

Very nice apartment in Paral-lel with very good location. You can walk almost to every important sight in the city and all amenities are easily reached. Apt was very tidy, kitchen was well equipped and everything worked well. The block is quiet, you live like a local people there without crowds and noise. The Apt is really very good value for your money comparing the quality and location. The owner Pierre and his friend Cassia were both very helpful and kind persons, thank you very much for both of you helping us to have a great week in Barcelona!

Très bel appartement

Appartement très bien situé, près du port, des commerces, du centre ville ,identique aux photos, très bien tenu, très propre, on se croirait chez soi.

Pierre est une personne très sympathique et accueillante. Il prend son rôle d'hôte très au sérieux. (Il n'a pas hésité à venir nous chercher à la gare).

D'autre part il nous a présenté sa ville en nous indiquant, le meilleur glacier, restaurants, plages, les endroits à découvrir, visiter aux alentours.

Je recommande cet appartement et nous reviendrons certainement.

Perfect for a big Family

Pierre's apartment was perfect for our family. We traveled from Washington DC to Spain to meet our daughter who is studying in Barcelona and son who flew in from New York. We spent five days in Barcelona and it was the best part of our ten day trip. The apartment was perfectly appointed: three bedrooms with comfortable beds, clean. Minimal decorative accessories which meant lots of table top/shelf room for our stuff. An armoire in each bedroom with plenty of hangers and several drawers. Two bathrooms which were clean and conveniently arranged. The kitchen was clean and cheerful. Fridge, dishwasher, microwave, range. Easy to move around in. Lovely amount of sunshine in all rooms. Charming balcony. The family room, like the other rooms was sensibly furnished and comfortable. French doors in every room with lovely views. I would have preferred the towels to be white (just a personal preference) but otherwise, I was completely satisfied. The location could not have been better. We walked everywhere with pleasure. Bodega below the apartment with fresh fruits and vegetables, restaurants and shops in every direction. Walking, dining, shopping, sunbathing--- enjoying every minute of each day was inevitable. We ate all of our meals out because there were so many wonderful choices but if one chose to cook, the kitchen provided the essentials to do so. A perfectly lovely visit for all of us. Pierre was extremely proactive in preparing us for our trip. His directions, suggestions for parking, and warm welcome came through in his email communications. I will recommend this apartment to family and friends and wouldn't be surprised if we came back again.

Great Barcelona Apartment - Exactly as Advertised

We recently completed a 1 week stay in this Barcelona apartment and it was as good or better than advertised. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 8 including 4 children. The 2 showers were a great benefit when returning from the beach. The apartment is very clean and the place was spotless. The terace was useful for dining and evening relaxation. The location is an easy 10 minute walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. The bus and metro stations are just downstairs. Pierre, the owner, was extremely helpful on arrival and departure. He provided a lot of good tips on restaurants, shopping and things to see.

Would highly recommend this for a comfortable vacation in Barcelona.

A Great and perfect place to stay in Barcelona!

I stayed in the apartment with my mother and daughters for 8 nights and I only can say we loved it from the first second. Everything is as described, even better. The apartment is decorated very tastefully, bright and the location can’t be better. Everything is in walking distance. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony with the beautiful view but actually we didn’t need to cook as all the good restaurants, bars, cafeterias etc are close-by. There are even lots of Supermarkets around the corner. Pierre was really helpful, he organized and prepared everything very well. Thank you again! I am sure we will come back.
