As locals we can assist you with any questions and make recommendations for you. We can also send very helpful information about the facility and things to do. Many thanks in advance for being great and respectful guests.

On same level as gorgeous courtyard with adult/kids pool, Grilling Stations. 60 sec walk to Ocean with NO ROAD TO CROSS. 2 min walk to rent Kayaks, bikes. 5 min walk to Little Island State Park with basketball court, 2 Tennis Courts, Sand Volleyball, Pier Fishing, Snack Shack, Restroom. 10 min walk to Back Bay Nat'l Wildlife Refuge with 13,000 acres of protected wildlife, miles of Hiking trails. Great golf (Va Bch National, Signature at W. Neck, Hell's Point, Heron Ridge) and good dining within 15 minutes. NO SMOKING PLEASE.
Directions: Address is 3700 Sandpiper Rd, Unit A115, Va Beach, Va 23456. Take 64E to 264E. Get off at the Birdneck Rd exit. Make a right at the light on Birdneck Rd. Stay on Birdneck Rd until it intersects with General Booth Blvd. Make a right at General Booth Blvd and travel for about 5 minutes. At the 7-11 on the left, make a left at the light onto Princess Anne Rd. At the first 4-way intersection, go what feels like straight even though you will now be on Sandbridge Rd. Take this for about 8 minutes. Make a right at the light at Sandpiper Rd. Go about 4 miles (pay attention to the speed limit). Kaelee's Kastle and the Sanctuary at False Cape will appear on the left side. Enter between the two Sanctuary buildings. Make an immediate left to enter the parking garage. Additional information is supplied once a reservation is made. There are several ways to get to Kaelee's Kastle.

About Dave Kistler
We are the original owners of this beautiful unit. My wife and I are working professionals. I am a territory manager for a bio-pharmaceutical company. My wife is a registered dietitian. Kaelee's Kastle was purchased for our daughter Kaelee because every princess needs a Kastle. Right? We enjoy it frequently in the off season and visit nearly every Saturday to make sure it is perfect for you and your family. We have been blessed to have had so many wonderful guests over the years. Some guests have stayed with us six times! We are truly thankful for our great guests.

Why Dave Kistler chose Sandbridge Beach
We love this particular unit for several reasons. This upscale property sits in the sand so there are no roads to cross to get to the beach, unlike Sandbridge Dunes. It is so conveniently located on the same level as the pool and courtyard so you don't have to wait for the elevators. It makes grilling so much more enjoyable because the grills are also so close. It is uniquely sheltered behind a pool storage room which further helps to keep it peaceful. The two private elevated balconies provide a gorgeous retreat and scenic views. The three bedrooms that can sleep 8 make vacationing with in-laws or friends perfect. The layout is remarkable as little ones can rest in the back room while adults can create memories in the rest of the unit. We also had the foresight to purchase two reserved parking spaces which is absolutely essential if you will be vacationing in the summer when parking for others can be problematic. Ironically, we thought we originally wanted an ocean front unit. We are so glad that we didn't get one. We have friends who purchased an ocean front unit and said for the first four hours of the day you can't see anything because the sun is in your eyes then you are in the shade the rest of the day. This is our 13th season spoiling wonderful guests.

After 12 wonderful seasons, why is Kaelee's Kastle still so beautiful? We travel frequently and try to bring some of our learnings to Kaelee's Kastle. You will notice that everything is simple while maintaining a luxury appeal. Hardwood floors throughout always welcome you with their beauty. Guests have actually asked us if they can take the beds home with them. Tropical art reminds you that you are enjoying a true slice of paradise. We stock the owners closet with essential beach gear, umbrellas can be rented. Guests generally replace anything that they break. This truly is a great upscale resort that is child friendly. After many previous maids, we must also mention that we have a great cleaning staff of true professionals. It is impossible to keep everything immaculate but they do a great job. By having a significant security deposit at risk has resulted in our guests treating our future retirement home with respect which is how we would treat you and your home.

Even better than advertised!!
My NC based family was looking for a beach vacation with my in-laws from PA. They had grown weary of driving to South Carolina each summer, and would only vacation with us if we could find a place within an 8 hour drive. Without any background or knowledge of Sandbridge, we found Dave's posting for Kaelee's Kastle, and took a shot. Boy are we glad we did! The condo was beautiful, the location (close to the pool) and a flight of stairs to the beach was perfect. The covered parking saved us on a day of rain, when we were arriving with luggage, but the skies cleared and we had a perfect week of Virginia summer weather. We had a great meal at Blue Pete's, a great day dolphin watching at Rudee's, and a great time grocery shopping at the closest Food Lion, when we then had a great cookout using the pool side grills. The four kids loved the back bedroom, and the four adults loved the two king sized beds. Dave - it was a pleasure working with you, and we loved that we arrived into town with parking passes and keys in hand, and not frustrated in a line at a local real estate office. You made our Summer of '17 a very happy one!

Perfect for what we needed and what was advertised!
Property is very clean and well maintained
Even in the off season we had a great stay. The property is very well cared for and it was an enjoyable stay for my family. I highly recommend.
The condo worked well for our Easter weekend with family.
The three bedrooms are nice with comfortable beds and we liked the TVs. The kitchen worked well for making Easter dinner and an Easter egg hunt in the living room. We liked the restaurant across the street, sunsets are beautiful. The balconies face north, so you lean out to see the ocean on the east and intracoastal in the West.
The cushions are showing wear from use and some of the fixtures needed repairs. The pool is still under repair and they worked on it when we were there.
We enjoyed our time together and look forward to coming back to the beach again. Thanks for a fun time.
New to area vacation
What more could you ask for,great condo,two minutes to the beach,park for kids next door,nature preserve just beyond it and a super quite area.we were a easy thirty minute drive from everything we wanted to see or do.we stayed off season,but in season the condo would be right off the pool area which would be great for kids.we had a great time
The condo was clean and the location was within 20-30 minutes of everywhere we needed to go.
We were in town for my Navy son’s wedding and this was a perfect place to stay. Although cold on most days, the beach was beautiful when the sun came out.

Thank you for understanding our need to protect our future retirement home. If you are coming in the peak season, please be re-assured that we have 2 RESERVED PARKING SPACES in the garage. Units with only one parking space add needless and considerable stress to your vacation as parking in the summer is very hard to come by.
