Inquiries for dates not listed above will not be processed for quotes. Rates and fees are very easy to calculate. Simply take the base rate listed in the rates section, plus $115 cleaning fee, plus $55 Shoreline admin fee, plus 11% tax and that's your total. NO hidden fees. We also have an option to purchase Travel Insurance and Damage Protection v.s. having to provide a $500 damage deposit.

Condo features a spectacular view of the gulf and shoreline. Unit is less than 300 feet to the beach (NO streets to cross).
Shoreline Towers is a private security gated complex with one of the best private beaches in Destin. We feature tennis courts, swimming pool, clubhouse with exercise room, dry sauna, beach chair and umbrella rentals. Shopping, great restaurants and water park are all within easy walking distance. Grocery and liquor store s are 5 minutes away.
This is a large 1,430 square foot unit overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the dolphins playing in the emerald green waters from the bedrooms, living room, dining room or while you are preparing your meals in the fully equipped kitchen.
The unit is furnished for your vacation pleasure and your stay on the sugar white beaches at Shoreline Towers will make you want to come back year after year. New carpet has recently been installed in both bedrooms and the unit has recently been painted. Two new flat screens were added during January 2015!
Penthouse unit has 10-foot ceilings and crown moldings. This is a non smoking unit located on the 12th floor (top) of Tower I. Unit 1123 features an open balcony, a fully equipped kitchen (recently renovated with new granite), 3 TV's (2 new flat screens), 2 VCR's, 3 DVD players, King sized bed in Master, 2 Double beds in guest bedroom and 1 sleeper Sofa in Den. Can sleep up to 8 (two in master bed, 1-2 in each of the two double beds and 1-2 in the sofa bed in the family rtoom). 6 adults could stay in the unit comfortably. This unit also has the luxury of a reserved covered private parking space which is an exclusive amenity for penthouse owners and tenants. The parking space is 10 yards from the elevator that takes you directly to the front door of the Penthouse unit on the 12th floor. All summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Monthly rentals are available from August 16th through March 1st.
Note: At Shoreline, each unit is numbered based on the following - the first position is the building number, the next two positions are the floor number and the last digit is the unit number for that floor. Penthouse 1123 designates building 1, 12th floor, unit 3. All units on the 12th floor of towers 1 and 2 are Penthouses.

The accommodations provided in the condo and Shoreline Towers were perfect. We had a great time on the beach and around town.

Love this place. It is close to everything and the parking is an additional bonus. The place is clean and very spacious. The bed in the master bedroom is very relaxing. If it wasn't the beach, I'd be sleeping all day. LOL! There are times we would eat on the balcony, just to view the beach area. It is so pretty. Our coffeemaker was broken, but it was replaced with a new one right away. The people are very accommodating. The owner is very helpful and friendly. All in all, a very great experience considering this was our first trip to Destin. I will be looking forward to renting this place again.
PS.. Bob, sorry it took me almost a year for this review. I thought I already did it after our vacation. I was looking to rent it again this year *kinda* hoping it wasn't rented yet. Oh well.. Definitely saved your rental as one my favorites. Thank you.
This was our families first time to vacation in Destin and we hit the jackpot. Room is great, owner is great, staff was great!!!! View was epic and location is right in the middle of everything!! Parasail, golf, clubs, food. Old or young doesn't matter. Will absolutely reserve room for 2015!!!!!
Wonderful view. Complex was a little dated, but still very nice. Pool was excellent and so was the view from the balcony. We didn't want to leave. The reserved parking place was a real plus. Owner and office staff were very helpful and responsive.
Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We had an amazing week loved loved loved the patio we watched stingrays and dolphins every morning while having coffee the views were amazing. The condo was beautiful, clean, and well maintained the parking and elevators were so close. This was our 13th year in Destin and our 1st year at Shore Line Towers and I have to say it was the best so far... We will return.

Could not ask for a nicer Condo and setting on the white sands of the Gulf Coast. The private covered parking near the elevators is icing on a gorgeous condo getaway.. We loved it and will certainly come back again. Loved sitting on the porch in the morning and evening overlooking the gorgeous beach. Thanks again.
Dry Sauna near pool in clubhouse, parking for Boat/Trailer (with advance coordination with rental office), 5 minutes access to Big Kahunas Water Park, Bay/Marina, grocery stores, banks and numerous restaurants.

Additional information about rental rates
A one time cleaning fee of $115 along with a $55 processing fee and a $45 Damage Protection fee will be added to all reservations. The cleaning fee and processing fee are taxable, but the Damage protection is not taxable. The tax rate for Destin is 11%. Note: Monthly rates are only available during certain times a year.
