The moment you open the door and see the brilliant blue Sea of Cortez you will congratulate yourself for choosing 304 Coronado. The kitchen, dining area, great room and master
bedroom all have direct ocean views. It is located in PHASE TWO with their upgraded interiors and expanded floor plans. Our ocean front condo is in the building CLOSEST to the sea and has covenient beach access. Take 47 steps from the elevator by your front door and you will find yourself on the beach. 304 Coronado is on third floor which is high enough for spectacular views and low enough you may decide to take the stairs. Being on third floor provides a feeling of security when keeping your sliding glass doors open to enjoy the cool ocean breeze and lulling ocean waves at night.
Our comfortable beach condo has been smartly decorated and maintained from top to bottom with attention to detail for your enjoyment and repeat visits. We are there often so not only is it well maintained its also updated. It has terracotta porcelain tile through out and inlaid travertine bathrooms. The fully equipped, spacious kitchen boasts granite counter tops, gourmet cookware, GE appliances that include and icemaker and RO system. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The spa-like bathrooms (two) have floor to ceiling marble and inlaid travertine with walk in showers. The master bathroom has a separate walk in shower plus a large and relaxing soaking tub.
Both bedrooms have a 32 inch flat screen wall mounted tv with DVD. The bedrooms have Pottery Barn furniture and high quality pillow top mattresses. The master has a king, the secondary a queen and the leather sofa has a pull out mattress. In 2016 a tankless water heater was installed with high pressure speakman brand shower heads in both bathrooms. Now everyone can take a luxurious shower as long as they want with no worry of running out of water!
This spacious condo is just under 1800 square feet including the deck. The great room overlooking the Sea of Cortez is where you and your family will enjoy the comfortable leather furniture and 42 inch wall mounted flat screen tv with US channels. The deck overlooking the sea and courtyard is 313 sq. feet with high quality seven piece patio furniture. It is great spot to take in the incredible sunset or having your morning coffee while seeing dolphins surface or dining alfresco. Bring your binoculars!
The courtyard area right below Coronado 304 has multiple pools, some with negative edge waterfall, jacuzzis, swim up bar and kiddie pool. Other courtyard amenities include Italian lounge chairs with sun shades, gratis beach towels, a lazy river with floats and shady ramadas to dine under while enjoying casual meals or weekend dinner buffets from the on site restaurant. The courtyard overlooks the beach and sea where you have a choice of many activities such as jet ski or banana boat rentals, snorkeling, kayaking, deep sea fishing, parasailing, strolling on the groomed and pristine sandy beach that stretches for miles or lounging under the palapas on beach chairs finally reading 'that' book while having the wait staff serve your favorite beverage or lunch.

As always this is a NON-SMOKING condo with NO PETS allowed. The owner is in the LAS PALOMAS RENTAL POOL . You will NOT be charged any additional fees. The RENTAL POOL also entitles you to the use of ALL the amentities and resort services; including free daily maid, charging privileges, room service, free pool towels, immediate condo maintenance if needed. You can be assured that the quality of CORONADO 304 has met and exceeds all Las Palomas standards.

My family has been vacationing in Rocky Point for 20 years. When we decided to buy a vacation home we looked at every property in the area. Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort was by far the best resort hands down with its 4 star amenities. We chose Coronado 304 because of its location on third floor in the building closest to the sea and pools. We visit our condo often (at least once a month) to enjoy, improve and maintain it for your visits and our own. It is our favorite place to be. It will be yours too! Enjoy!

We have been able to travel to many different beach destinations outside of the US.
Costa Rica, Cabo, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Carribean, Maui, Villefranch-sur-Mer, St. Tropez, Nice, Amalfi Coast, Santa Margherita Ligure,
Portofino, Italy, San Sebastion and Barcelona in Spain.
All had unique and wonderful qualities. While there we always compared it to how much we enjoyed our condo on Sandy Beach, Puerto Penasco, Mx. Every time our condo was our favorite. It's easy to get to from AZ, and the ocean front condo with its private, pristine beach is steps away to the Sea of Cortez. This is where we can truly unwind on our beach chairs under the palapas while wait staff brings us our shrimp taco and ice cold corona. This jewel by the sea remains, after so many years, our favorite place.
The massages on the beach with Rosa! The spectacular sunset and sea view from our condo and deck. Underground secured parking and 24 hour gated security with on site restaraunts and room service all provide extra value and comfort.

Awesome condo for a weekend get-a-way with family. The condo was decorated with nice décor to give it that comfy feel that makes you never wanna leave! Condo is nice and open, and a very convenient location. The bbq grills are nice and close, and so is the beach!! Nice not having to walk a long ways back and forth to beach. Balcony is awesome overlooking the swimming pools. This condo is very well stocked if you want to cook. Not like the last one we stayed in that made it difficult to cook! The owner, Patti, was great to do booking and gave us recommendations on places to eat outside or resort. We will definintely be staying here again, but next time longer! I didn't want to leave! This condo is highly recommended. Very well taken care of and CLEAN!
The condo was amazing! Beautiful views and incredibly comfortable! I am a VERY picky traveler and this was perfect! The decor and quality exceeded expectations! I will rent this condo again!
Thanks a million for the wonderful accommodations. We traveled with our kids (young adults now), ages 19 and 22 and we all had a great time. It accommodated the family nicely and the kitchen was very very well stocked. Thanks for the plastic cups to take down to the pool. The condo was everything and more. It was very well maintained and decor was very homey. The view was incredible. We didn't eat on site as the town and other restaurants were very close by and came highly recommended. I think it was cheaper too. The underground parking was very very nice, you never got into a hot vehicle. Thanks for sharing your home with us, we will be back!!
We hadn't been in Rocky Point in quite some time, so were very pleasantly surprised. The Las Palomas Condos, and especially, the condo we stayed in was very well maintained. We loved the view from our deck overlooking the pool and enjoyed the nicely decorated condo. We had dinner in the on site restaurant and it was excellent. It was perfect for 2 couples, we enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you again to the owners for sharing their home away from home with us.
We absolutely love coming to Rocky Point and staying here! We have three kids and have stayed in this condo numerous times. The owners have everything we need right in the condo, which makes it easy to travel with kids. The furniture and decor is well maintained and updated. It so clean, which is important knowing we are bringing our family! There is plenty of room to spread out in the spacious condo and its large deck overlooking the beach. The owner is very helpful with information about the unit and even provides a list of recommended places to go! The last time we were there we noticed a recently installed tankless water heater, which is appreciated as knowing we will not run out of hot water for showers with three kids! The ocean front location is beautiful and convenient in getting to beach. It is easy for us to go down to the pool/beach, come back up for lunch and naps, and head back down for some late afternoon fun! We can't wait come back again!

Bypassing the VRBO/HA payment system saves you the service fees that VRBO/HA assesses.
50% of rental amount due at time of reservation. Remaining 50% is billed ten days prior to arrival.
Prices are subject to change. Call or email owner inquire about promotional deal: stay 7 nights and only pay for 6 nights. Promotion only available during certain times throughout the year.
If cancelled 30 days prior there are no fees. If within 10 days of arrival NO REFUND of deposit.
