Our fabulous apartment is ideally located within a secured and gated private complex within walking distance from the beach and the renowned Puerto Banus. All within walking distance at a competitive rate.

Our apartment unlike others has a super large terrace in which we have half covered and half uncovered terrace; in the covered side we have created a second living/dining area so clients can enjoy outdoor all fresco living as well and have the extra benefit of a second living/dining area. We can accommodate large families comfortably. On the uncovered area we have sunbeds for private sunbathing and lovely pool views. Our apartment has in total 2 living room (outdoor and indoor) and 2 dining areas (outdoor and indoor), the two bedrooms are bright and the whole property is fresh and nicely decorated.
Please enquire if you are more than 4 people, we can accommodate accordingly up to 7 people sleeping comfortably-only when arranged prior to arrival.
The area and complex has entertainment for all age groups and all tastes whether you are looking to relax, or party, whether it is a romantic break, a family vacation or a golfing trip..There are sport facilities at the Marbella Real Paddle which is next to the complex, offering gym, paddle and pilates etc classes as well as restaurant. There is also a conveniente store/supermarket where you can stock up on groceries and even buy home made ready food.
The Lorcrimar complex is gated and secured with beautiful large private gardens, large outdoor swimming pools, also kiddies pool and in summer has lifeguards.
Within walking distance to Mistral Beach well known for its water sports, jet skiis and beach restaurants, as well as the Ocean Club and the Marina of Puerto Banus , literally less than a twelve minute walk. The area has a sports club round the corner where both adults and children can enjoy tennis/paddle, gym and group activities.
During the morning enjoy some golf maybe or the beaches, pools, the Ocean Club as well as the promenade cafés and the famous marina with its array of sail and motor yachts. Following siesta the shopping continues into the late evening accompanied by the buzz of the many restaurants serving fine cuisine. For those who prefer late nights then the many bars and clubs offer a great atmosphere into the early hours along the sophisticated Golden Mile.

Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, La Quinta, Aloha and la Dama de Noche Golf Courses are within 5 minutes drive of the apartments. Many others including Rio Real, Santa Maria and La Duquesa are located within 15 - 20 minutes drive. The wonderful scenic courses of Alcaidesa Links, Monte Major and Marbella Club Resort are within 45 - 50 minutes. There are numerous other top quality courses from Malaga to Gibraltar.
Ski: During winter months, Spain's ski resort opens for business in 'Sierra Nevada'. Guests may wish to mix a week in the sun with extra time in the mountains. Drive time to Sierra Nevada is less than two hours from Puerto Banus. The best of both worlds for a winter break!

We had a great holiday although there were a few things we felt could be improved .
1) Television did not work if anyone was connected to the wifi.
2) Apartment was very quiet during the day but became very noisey during the evening.
3) Not enough sun loungers around the pool that were not broken.
Apartment was in a good location & was clean enough although we felt it would of been nice for a cleaner to come after the 1st week to change the bedding.
Al better tan expected, definetly recommendable.

Everything was perfect, even better than the pictures. The apartment and the pool were very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. Carolina and her team are great. Perfect for family who wish to relax and do day trip, but you need a car because restaurants are not really walking distance. You can ask for a parking just under the apartment. Very quit.
The apartment is spectacular, The complex lovely And ideal y located with in walking distance To All places. The Service Is as always Friendly and efficient, we have stayed in this apartment and love it, it is very well looked after and maintained. The gym round the corner offers a nice social and health factor both as sports and at the restaurant. Beach down the road easy walk and puerto Banus adjacent from beach. Many rest antes also in the nueva andalucia area and a convenience supermarket store just by the complex.
I nice break away, lovely spacious apartment, very clean and with everything you need. We would recommend that you have car rental as it is a good walk to Puerto Banus. It was very quite as it was out of season, so the pool was not open until June and no beds to sunbath, but we had a very large terrace which we used when the sun was out. We ate out alot in some very nice restaurants in Puerto Banus, can recommend all of them, very warm and friendly welcome and very good food.
Would recommend this property to a friend or relative, in the summer months.
We have stayed in various apta in the complex and without a doubt tris apt ticks al the boxes, south facing terrace, double living space furnished, ac, internet, views of gardens and pools and the parking space is directly bellow the apt rather than in the other side of the complex. All was just right. We love the complex and can easily walk ti most places. Would surely recommend.

PUERTO BANUS: Puerto Banus is located between Marbella and San Pedro, on the Costa del Sol’s Golden Mile, renowed for its luxurious marina and the many ludicrously expensive yachts, associated limited edition Sport Cars and their both famous and infamous owners, friends, guests, bodyguards, models and hangers-on.
You can sit and pass the time at one of the numerous bars and restaurants in the Port and indulge in a celebrity people watching experience, the likes of which has little equal anywhere in the world.
The port has steadily grown and now features a casino, commercial shopping centres (Marina Banus, Cristamar) and the large department Store El Corte Ingles where you can find anything from a large supermarket, to clothes whether designer or other, electronics, furniture, anything you may require.
Also a multi cinema with films shown with their original soundtrack.
If nightlife is what you are looking for then Puerto Banus is the place to be, with its choice of alfresco bars, piano bars and night clubs.
During the day time the Port is a shopper’s dream with a dozen of the worlds famous fashion houses featured, in addition to other small shops and boutiques.
You can also relax before a full evening’s entertainment on one of the most beautiful beaches while sipping sangria.
Every Saturday morning at Puerto Banus you can visit the popular street market where you can pick up all sorts of bargains.
MARBELLA: The Distric of Marbella stretches from Cabopino to San Pedro, covers 27 Kilometres of Coastline and has some of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol.
The town of Marbellas offers a typical Andalucian ambience but is renowned for its international jet-set scene. You can stroll around the beautiful gardens or the narrow streets of Marbella’s romantic Casco Antiguo (old town), steeped in history and so typically Andalucian.
Marbella is comprised of the old town, commercial centre, beach-front and pleasure port. The renowed Puerto Banus is so close by, set around the marina, where some of the most magnificent yachts are moored.
Marbella including the Puerto Banus area are the biggest shopping centre south of Madrid where you can buy anything from a pair of sandals to the most advanced computer systems in today's world market.
You can walk the streets of Marbella and Puerto Banus and find yourself in a place whose designer boutiques sell more than their sister shops on Rodeo Drive (Los Angeles). There are vast shopping malls, smaller boutiques and big department stores; street markets, galleries and sport shops.
SAN PEDRO DE ALCANTARA: San Pedro de Alcantara is in an ideal situation just less than 10Km from all the glitz and glamour of Marbella, yet only a few minutes drive from the Sierra de Ronda Mountain range. San Pedro is a refreshing unspoilt Pueblo with a special appeal of its own.
The Central Plaza has a parish church and surrounding narrow streets are packed with cafes, bars, restaurants and small shops. The street market is held on Thursdays and is well worth a visit for the shopper looking for bargains or even local souvenirs to take back home.
Take a stroll from the town centre to the beach front along the Avenida de Marques del Duqero; is a very attractive avenue flanked with palm trees. Continue on along the wide promenade and visit one of the many excellent “Chiringuitos” (Beachside restaurants) specialising in fish dishes, however there are always options.
Visit Bora Bora, one of the best beach clubs on the coast, with its superb restaurants, bar and all the usual beach facilities.
If you are visiting in the autumn, the last summer fair “feria” in the whole of Andalucia is held here on the second week of October. Other places to discover include the Paleochristian basilica Church by the sea and the Third Century Roman Baths (Las Bovedas).

All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the booking followed by full balance within 6 weeks of arrival date. A damage deposit of €800-euros will be required and refunded once the apartment has been cleaned, inspected and made sure no damage has been caused.Full terms and conditions apply and are notified upon application and with all booking confirmations.
