The apartment consists of a living room, a separate living room, 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, 2 bathrooms with toilet, 1 with shower and bath, 1 small independent W. C, a kitchen and a summer kitchen on the terrace, a laundry room and a private garage. Located on the 3rd floor without elevator.

STUNNING APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF NIMES

We have stayed in many apartments in France over the past few years but this really is the best. The accommodation is spacious and full of character and you really feel you are 'living' France. The apartment has every facility you could ask for and the terrace with its view of les arenes (the Roman amphitheatre) is amazing - a sun-trap with a great view. To add to this, it is a very short walk from the railway station and only a few steps to the town centre. A boulangerie for your daily baguette is literally on the doorstep.

To cap it all, the owner, Christelle, is most charming, welcoming, helpful and kind. Our heart-felt thanks, Christelle.

Amazing apartment

We stayed in this home for 5 days on our recent visit to Nimes. It was perfect and so beautiful. The terrace made our trip. There were concerts at the arena almost every night and the sounds drifted over to us. We had a group of 5 people and everyone had their own space. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to make our meals. Such a wonderful place. Will definitely stay agin if I return to the area!

Appartement de goût idéalement situé

Cette location fut parfaite pour notre séjour à Nîmes. Nous y avons séjourné avec nos trois enfants pour assister au festival de musique dans les arènes qui se trouvent juste à côté. L'appartement est décoré avec goût dans un immeuble ancien, ce qui lui donne beaucoup de charme. Très confortable, nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa très belle terrasse avec sa vue sans vis à vis sur la ville !

L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir le centre ville à pied.

Christelle, notre hôte pleine d'attention, nous a très bien accueillis, et nous a fourni de très bons conseils pour visiter la région. Et nous avions la possibilité de la contacter facilement pour d'éventuelles questions. Nîmes est très bien placée pour rayonner dans une magnifique région et nous en avons profité. Le garage (qui se situe a quelques pas de l'immeuble) est bien pratique pour garer une voiture dans le centre ville.

Au final, une location parfaite pour un séjour réussi !

Bijou mit Charme, Stadthaus und Dachterasse, pefekt für den Wohlfühl- und Entdeckerurlaub

Un très bel appartement avec une terrasse manifique au milieu d'une ville vivante, parfait pour un séjour à se détendre et à découvrir Nîmes et ses alentours! Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter (auch für zwei Paare).Christelle, Jean-François und ihr Vater haben uns beim Einbiegen in die Rue Jean Reboul herzlich empfangen. Mit ihrer Hilfe und unter dem Gehupe der nachfolgenden Autos haben wir das Gepäck ausgeladen und in die Wohnung hohgetragen (Kein Lift). Zuoberst im alten Stadthaus mit Geschichte fühlten wir uns sofort zuhause. Die Wohnung ist persönlich und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet und bietet, wie beschrieben, allen Komfort. Eine Treppe höher geht es auf die Terasse, hier haben wir mit Sicht auf die Arena (und die halsbrecherischen Fotoshootings der Touristen) gefrühstückt, Pläne geschmiedet, gelesen und uns von den "Wanderungen" durch Nîmes ausgeruht.

Gleich über die Strasse beginnt die Altstadt mit ihren Gassen, Plätzen und Alleen, Boutiquen, Märkten und Restaurants, und mit dem Jardin des Fontaines, alles zu Fuss zu entdecken. Und schön, nach einem feinen Essen unter freiem Himmel gemütlich nach Hause zu schlendern.

Nîmes bietet sich perfekt an als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Wir waren bei den Pferden in der Camargue, in Ste Marie am Meer, in Montpellier im Port Marianne auf Architektur-Wanderung, in Les Baux im Lichtspektakel in den Steinbrüchen - alles leicht zu erreichen, interessant und abwechslungsreich! Dass für das Auto (besser keine grosse Limousine) in der Nähe eine Garage zur Verfügung steht, macht das Angebot zusätz- lich attraktiv. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, merci Christelle de votre hospitalité et au revoir!
