Perfect for couples or young families to enjoy a fabulous holiday in Mijas Costa, in the famous Costa del Sol.

This spacious and fully furnished apartment has a comfortable room, lots of light, large bathroom, good size kitchen and private balcony facing southeast. The property has been decorated in a modern style with particular attention to detail.

Two single beds, wardrobe, a desk and sea view in the room from its peculiar window.

Linens and towels are included in the price, please bring towels for the pool and beach.

Cleaning and change of linen and / or towels are made to the departure of the guests. By this concept an additional charge of € 75 is made at the price per night.

Cleaning and / or additional bed linen or towels can be requested at an extra charge.

In the room include a queen size sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a comfortable single armchair.

A sliding door allows the room to a private area or extra bedroom.

The dining room features a large glass round table and comfortable chairs. Dishes, cups, glasses and cutlery are available.

There is a second closet in the main room with iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors give access to the balcony.

The main room and the room have air conditioning units and ceiling fans.

In the kitchen, recently renovated, you will find all the necessary to prepare their food utensils, pots, pans, oven-toaster, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator; plus washing machine.

WIFI Internet access.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Pets are not allowed.

The private resort Souk Medina, has beautiful gardens, communal pool and wading pool, lounge chairs and private tennis court (across the street) that will make your holiday a great experience. Did we mention that the beach is only 3 blocks?

The apartment is on the first floor. No elevator.

There is enough parking area in front of the complex or next to the tennis court.

Bel appartement mais trop bruyant

La médina est placée à un endroit ou passent pas mal de route menant notamment à l'autoroute.

Pour aller à la plage il faut d'ailleurs traverser cette autoroute

L'appartement est mal isolé - on entend les voisins

Owner's Response: We appreciate the comments we receive to improve our guests’ experience, however, I’m sorry to see some people that find fun in complaining and trying to cause harm by logging several times to leave negative comments. A brief look to a map of the area prior to booking would have been a good thing to do to realize that most places near the beach in the stretch from Fuengirola to Marbella and beyond are very close to the highway, and this is why access to the beach, all of the services and transportation is easy and convenient. About the noise… well, it is Spain and it was the middle of Summer! Booking an apartment, perhaps up the hill, in a quieter, more isolated place without any restaurants, bars or shops around and kept the windows shut probably would have improved her stay. But most likely, one has to to cross the highway to access any beach at some point; and longer walks or a car would have been necessary. About the keys issue, we timely inform and emphasize to all of our guests that if arrival time to the apartment is after office hours or on Sunday, the keys have to be retrieved from the safety box, complaining about this is definitively out of place because this was communicated and agreed upon; and as far as we know and experienced, this is not an uncommon situation in lettings throughout Europe. A phone number is available in case there are any problems when retrieving the keys. We respect every comment but it is necessary to explain and clarify when it seems that someone’s comments are trying to undermine our offer.

Difficile déjà le premier jour de récupérer les clés de l'appart car l'agence ferme le samedi à 14h00 et n'ouvre que le Lundi suivant

La médina est entourée de route qui mènent à l'autoroute ce qui occasionnent beaucoup de bruit

La plage n'est pas loin effectivement mais il faut traverser l'autoroute pour y accéder. Je ne conseille pas cette location car même l'isolation entre appartement est à revoir

Owner's Response: Siempre apreciamos los comentarios de nuestros huéspedes para mejorar en lo más posible su experiencia, pero es triste ver como hay personas que hacen del quejarse una diversión tratando de hacer daño entrando al sistema varias veces para repetir comentarios negativos. Un breve vistazo a un mapa previo a hacer la reserva, es suficiente para darse cuenta de que muchas de las viviendas cercanas a la playa en el área que comprende de Fuengirola a Marbella (y más allá) están localizadas también muy cerca de la autovía. Por lo mismo, servicios como restaurantes, bares o tiendas y el transporte son muy accesibles. Tal vez esta persona hubiera estado mas cómoda en otro lugar más alejado, donde el ruido de la gente en los restaurantes o bares fuera inexistente, pero largas caminatas o coche le hubieran sido necesarios para acceder a la playa o a los servicios; aún así, lo más probable es que en algún punto hubiese sido forzoso cruzar la autovía para llegar al mar. En cuanto a la llaves, siempre enfatizamos a nuestros huéspedes de que si su hora de llegada es después de horario de oficina o en domingo, las llaves les esperarán en la caja de seguridad. No vale quejarse cuando la información fue dada oportunamente y acordada. En nuestra experiencia dejar las llaves en una caja de seguridad es práctica común en el alquiler de apartamentos vacacionales en varios sitios de Europa. Además de que un número telefónico está a disposición de los huéspedes en caso de que encontraran algún problema. Respetamos los comentarios de nuestros huéspedes, pero es necesario hacer las aclaraciones adecuadas cuando éstos aparentemente están sólo dirigidos a causar daño.
