About Dana Kormash
My parents moved us to Tucson when I was 3 years old, so I know what to do in Tucson. I have saved newspaper articles of places to eat, hiking trails, and places to go in the area.
Dana Kormash purchased this House in 2018
Why Dana Kormash chose Feldman's

Our hostess Dano was wonderful. This was a last minute trip, and she was more than accommodating and helpful. The pictures do not do justice to the home as it is very warm and comfortable. It is also very well outfitted, and we required nothing that wasn’t there. She even arranged to return a ring we accidentally left behind. I would highly recommend this home and would be glad to come back. Thank you!
An oasis near UofA
We loved this place! It's a great layout for a family with lots of different spaces. Comfortable beds, peaceful patio, great decor, and a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated being so close to UofA, and coming back after a busy day to relax on the patio was such a treat! Dana is a wonderful host. She's great to communicate with, has tons of info about local attractions and food in the house, and really goes the extra mile (including mailing back my cell phone charger that I left behind). Loved this place and will definitely be back!
Visitors from Japan
We had a glitch in connecting with our co-travelers coming in from Japan and Dana served as the intermediary contact person, for which we are grateful. It was a perfect house and amazingly spacious. A real bargain, as well!
A Gem in Tucson
A charming home, close to down town in a quiet neighborhood. Well equipped and great communication with owner!! Enjoyed morning coffee and tea on front porch. Would absolutely return!!
Great location. Backyard patio is a Plus.
For us the highlight was the backyard: we grilled, had dinner outdoors and sat around the fire pit after dark to enjoy the stars. This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. We brought bikes and 4th Avenue, downtown and the UA campus were short bike rides away. The host, Dana, was great about being in communication leading up to the stay. It was a joy to work with her. The house had all the necessary amenities, was comfortable, clean and a nice place to relax. We recommend Dana and her home to anyone visiting the Old Pueblo!
A great find in the middle of Tucson
What a great place! Quiet, comfortable, with lots of space both indoors and outdoors - Dana really has thought of everything to make staying here easy and relaxing. Good for a family, as bedrooms are on different ends of the house, and it has 2 bathrooms. We hope to stay here again next time we're in Tucson!
6 blocks from Historic 4th Ave with many restaurants, bars, shops. Took me 15 mins to walk to the corner of 4th and University Blvd.
Walking distance is about the same to the Banner/U of A Hospital.
