Newly Redorated- 5-Star Guard-Gated Resort community minutes from Disney!! This new town home features 2 master bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, a third bedroom with twin beds and full bath and a sofa in the family room that converts to a queen-size sleeper. The fully furnished kitchen has been equipped with everything you could desire for that quick snack or a family feast. For entertainment, the town home includes TVs in every bedroom, DVD and a PlayStation 2. The private pool has a child safety fence and may be heated during winter months. Windsor Hills is located within 2 miles from Disney's Main Gate and minutes from dozens of premier shopping, dining and entertainment options. This community features a 12,000 square foot clubhouse complete with a large lagoon styled swimming pool with water slide, movie theater, fitness center, game room and sundry shop. Other features include a castle-themed playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, putting green and RV parking area.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, cancellation will incur the following charges: 90 days or more out from your arrival date – Deposit is Fully Refunded minus $100 processing fee; Within 90 days of your arrival – Security Deposit is Non-Refundable. If full cancellation is within 30 days of arrival– 50 % of rental is returned to guest or $ will be transferred towards another rental time. If you cancel individual dates within 30 days of arrival – no refund is given or $ will be transferred towards another rental time. If the balance of payment is not received within one month prior to arrival, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund. No refunds for early departure or late arrival.

This property has recently been re-decorated. We have all new living and dining furniture as well as new rugs, pictures and accessories. It is truly a beautiful unit. We have a fabulous cleaning and maintenance company that takes pride in their work. We are very proud of the positive reviews we have received from our renters. First, I have to say that Windsor Hills is the perfect place to stay if your visit is focused on Walt Disney World. Highway 192 (W Irlo Bronson) can be congested at times, so you want to be as close to the WDW entrance as possible. And Windsor Hills wins! It is close enough that you can zip back to the townhome for a mid-day nap and a dip in the pool without blowing the whole day sitting in traffic on 192. The well-manicured grounds of the resort create an atmosphere which is decidedly "upscale", yet laid back.
Second, the property manager for this townhome (Jami) is very friendly and attentive. She gets the highest possible rating for customer service. I contacted her via emal several times during our too-brief stay, and got immediate, positive responses. The book of directions to shopping, etc. is a really nice touch.
Third, this townhome is in like-new condition, and is kept very clean. The 3 bedrooms are all comfortably-sized, but not huge. Most of our luggage fit in the walk-in closets. All 3 bathrooms are quite roomy. The kitchen is large; but the living/dining area would be crowded for groups of more than about 6 people.
The clubhouse/pool complex is within walking distance for adults; but short-legged children may prefer a ride. Most people would want to drive to the play structures (swings, etc.) or tennis courts.
Having a private, reserved parking space right outside the front door is a really nice feature. And we really enjoyed relaxing in the private splash pool on the back patio. We paid extra to heat it because it was a bit cloudy and rainy during our visit. It may have been warm enough without heating if the weather had been hot (90 degrees) and sunny most of the time.
In conclusion, this is a really nice townhome, and I highly recommend staying here!
We had the time of our lives for 18 days at this beautiful townhouse in a gate community! We were able to bring our dogs which made the whole trip even better for us because we had them to come home to every day. The place was clean and organized. It was well stocked except for the consumables (but that had been mentioned in the packet of info we received before we left so we were prepared for that). The townhouse is beautifully situated - SO close to the back entrance to Disney by Animal Kingdom and away from busy I-4. There are supermarkets and restaurants very close by. We needed an urgent care clinic a couple of days before we left and there was even one conveniently right down the road near the Target - we were in and out in an hour with meds!
I definitely enjoyed this particular off-property experience (complete with our own splash pool) - enough that I think we are doing it again this summer!
This is our third rental at Windsor Hill's and this townhouse was our favorite. It was located within walking distance to the pool . We felt safe and loved the friendliness of the staff and the excellent communication with the property owner, Jami. It was obvious she truly cared about our experience and we will be back again!!!
Traveling with 2 adult children and their significant others, this was a nearly perfect property. Also, given that we were in the area for the theme parks and didn't spend a lot of time in the unit, it felt like a really good value. The location is PERFECT for Disney; the unit is less than 10 minutes away. Less than half hour from Universal. There are many restaurants (fast food, sit down, almost all chain) nearby. The unit is in a gated community, with pass card entry and exit. It was quiet and felt very secure. That said, we did have a few small issues with the unit. The beds and pillows seemed to be on the "less than firm" side of things. Since we were tired from walking around all day, that didn't seem to make much difference to any of us. Also, there were very few hygiene products in the unit. We purchased some pump hand soap for the kitchen and had to get body wash and shampoo for all of the bathrooms. Finally, there was not enough toilet paper. We ran out on the second day and had to use tissue (which we also bought for the unit).
My family stayed at this property for our nieces wedding. We had a great time. It was fun to have all of my family under one roof instead of staying in different hotel rooms. We were able to go to parks and come back and enjoy being together back at the townhouse for dinner. I would definitely consider renting this property again.
We enjoyed our stay it was centrally located to lots of Restaurants and Places to Visit and Theme parks. We would stay there again in a Heart beat.. We Thank you for taking care of us!!. The Roberts Family!!
The most impressive feature is our location. Windsor Hills is the closest vacation home community to Orlando's world famous attractions and theme parks. It's less than 2 miles to the Disney Main Gate!! The Orlando/Kissimmee area has consistently ranked the #1 family vacation destination in the world. Easy access to I-4 makes the drive to Universal Studios, Sea World, downtown Orlando, and even East or West coast beaches a breeze.
This town home is minutes from several shopping malls, including the Belz and Premier outlet malls. A variety of restaurants are nearby, ranging from fast food and delivery to gourmet upscale cuisine.
Golfers - Thistown home is convenient to several championship and executive golf courses located within 3 miles of the resort.
