Some unique history about the house it is known by locals as the Paradias (Pair-a-dee) home. It was said to be a railroad house moved into this location in the 1950's from County Road 12. On this lot it sat closer to the highway of 371 North sitting further away from the now existing bike trail which was the train tracks of the railroad. When my husband and I purchased the property in the spring of 2017 we relocated the home again, closer to the trail and away from the highway. The old foundation was in poor shape as the walls in the basement were braced for support. We then built a new taller basement foundation for the home to sit on.
