En Ville Apartments is a family run business with several apartments located in the old town only few minutes walking from Plaza Catalunya, Ramblas and the contemporary art museum. It’s the perfect location if you want to discover the city by feet!

The profile of our guests is adults (30+), families and business travelers. We do not accept bachelor parties or other groups that might not respect the peace and privacy of other neighbors.

The apartments have been carefully renovated, equipped and decorated. Reversible air-conditioning, satellite tv, free wifi and new household appliances.

In each space you will find a mix of original antique and contemporary furniture. The open space living room and kitchen has direct access to a private terrace with dinning table and garden furniture.

There is a bus stop in front of the building with direct line to the beach. The metro is only two minutes away and there is parking in front of the building with special deals for En Ville clients.

Wonderful Apartment In Great Location

We couldn't have been happier with our experience renting this apartment. Clean, bright, fully equipped, quality beds and shower, large private terrace, great neighborhood, lovely restaurant across the street, supermarket around the corner, metro stations a few minutes away - it's perfect. And check-in/check-out/communication with the owner was always prompt and professional. Don't hesitate to rent this apartment when visiting Barcelona!

lovely home

Lovely apartment with great and spacious outdoor terrace. The location was convenient and seemingly safe, although not a high end neighborhood.

The bedrooms were adequate with two nicely sized bedrooms facing the street (no problem with street noise here) and one small somewhat claustrophobic bedroom in the back.

Cons of the stay include a very steep staircase downstairs to the bedrooms. This made carrying luggage up and down problematic (two people needed to be involved). For those with orthopedic issues, this staircase could be difficult to maneuver. There was NO toilet paper provided here (which would have been nice to know ahead of time) - you need to shop for your own. There was only one small thin towel provided per person - the towels did not dry well and were consistently damp throughout our stay. The internet service was unreliable, so if you need to do some work while there, it's not the best.

Overall, I would recommend this apartment, but just realize the caveats mentioned above.

Flott leilighet!!

Tusen takk for et supert opphold i Barcelona. Vi var 5 damer fra jobben som var på tur, 3 soverom var supert, kanskje litt lite med bare 1 bad til oss 5. Leiligheta var vedlig koselig og terassen var et stort pluss, den brukte vi mye. Sengene var veldig gode - samstemt fra alle 5. Området var stille og rolig, og bare en liten spasertur unna turistatraksjonene - vi kan trygt anbefale denne leiligheten og tusen takk til en vert som hjalp oss om det var noe vi lurte på.

The apartment is located in the safe neighborhood of Eixample, Sant Antoni, only one block from the old town of Barcelona. It’s a great location if you want to discover city by feet. Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya are only approximately 10 minutes walking. The contemporary art museum is also just a few blocks away.

Sant Antoni, has become one of the up-and-coming neighborhoods in Barcelona the last years. Still offbeat from the mainstream tourism Sant Antoni maintains its authentic charm making it a favorite among the locals and trend-seekers.

The world famous chefs Ferran and Albert Adrià have opened several Michelin star restaurants within walking distance. Just around the corner you will also find the hipster street “Parlament” – our favorite street to hang out, full of trendy shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. The newly renovated fresh food market “Sant Antoni”, is also just around the corner. A must see when in Barcelona.
