This exquisitely decorated, PLATINUM RATED, non-smoking, three bedroom, 3.5 bath town home is located at the base of the Arrowbahn high speed lift. Arrowhead is one of Vail Valley’s most prestigious gated communities and is one of the three base villages that now comprise the Beaver Creek Resort complex. Fantastic find!

This 3-bedroom apartment is much better than the pictures represent. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus there is a hall half-bath, the decor is very upscale, as if it was completed by a designer, and the area is much friendlier than down the road at Vail. It has its own parking spot by the elevator which lets you out at the door to the apartment. I highly recommend it!

I know you and others have mentioned the pictures don't do the place justice, but I would rather not oversell the place and have folks pleasantly surprised when they arrive. Did get first pick of the Phase III Village Townhomes when they came on the market and think we made a good choice. Getting in early we were able to add numerous upgrades including A/C which our guests visiting during the summer appreciate. Richard

WE LOVED STAYING IN ARROWHEAD and YOUR CONDO made the stay absolutely "over the top!" The condo was perfectly appointed with everything you could possibly need - it truly felt like a home away from home. It's even better than the pictures show and exactly what we think a Colorado Mountain property should be --comfortable,cozy and inviting; yet refined and elegant. Admittedly, I am very difficult to please when it comes to accommodations for my family, but your property IS everything you stated and more. LOVED the well-appointed kitchen and the steam shower was awesome after a hard day of skiing!

We were not ready to leave when Friday arrived -- it was one of our most memorable vacations....thank you very much for such a lovely place to stay.

The unit was excellent: clean, comfortable, very well equiped, convenient to the pool and ski lift.

Our only disappointment was the unwillingness of the owner to change our dates when it became apparent there would be little snow. We understand the "strict 90 day policy" and accept it was our tough luck.

Owner's Response: Actually I said our guests could stay thru the next week and have their kids and grandchildren come back up from Denver for the MLK holiday weekend. But that didn't seem to interest them even if they only had to pay nominal additional maid fees. After that the unit was booked for the next three weeks thru the the first week in February for personal use with friends already scheduled to arrive. It snowed eight inches the night before they checked out early on Sunday and has snowed an additional ten inches so far this week with more snow in the immediate weather forecast. I'm not sure I could have been more considerate. Apparently the grandchildren only wanted to the ski more advanced black runs. Being realistic those areas may not open before the forthcoming MLK weekend even with the latest snowfall. For the most part the advanced runs on Grouse Mountain and elsewhere at the resort are not covered by snowmaking equipment being dependent on Mother Nature.

This townhouse was as advertised. It is a great location in Arrowhead. This space worked very well for our group stay in June 2017. I would recommend this as an option for anyone traveling in the area.

Perfect place to spend time -in fact so good we were sorry to leave.

The condo is wonderful - very well appointed, very roomy, very very comfortable and so close to the ski slopes and the pool and hot tub but just far enough away not to be bothered by noise. Very considerate owner - calling the day we arrived to see we were settled in, called again as we were leaving to check all was well - a particularly friendly and welcoming thing to do. The area is just marvellous - skiing, golf, walks, pool, great scenery, play ground for the children friendly helpful staff, and the whole complex just perfect. We could not have had a better experience for the nine days we were there.

Hello - we are Sharon and Richard Cottrell both dentists living and practicing in Lake Forest, IL. We try to get out to Colorado 3-4 weeks during the ski season and eventually plan to spend several months a year in the Vail Valley. It has been a pleasure getting to know our guests and hope you too will join us for a memorable week in the mountains. Why Richard D. Cottrell, DDS chose Edwards

Having graduated from the University of Colorado in 1967 my freinds and I have enjoyed skiing in the Vail Valley since the area first opened. After graduation I brought my parents to Vail hoping they might at least buy some land. They thought I was crazy to put it politely. In fact, my father felt he should be able to buy the entire valley for the price of the single home sites he was being shown. As I recall they were listed at a whopping $4,500 but you have to understand in the summer of 1967 the Vail Valley was still essentially deserted and nobody was predicting what ultimately happened over the next forty years.

Stupeified, my parents couldn't believe they wasted their money sending me to school in Colorado. But I had already decided that owning property in the mountains was going to be a priority and finally took the plunge in 1979.

So the motto we lived by back then and joke about today - Why go to college when you can go to Boulder ? ? ?

What makes this townhome unique

High end level of finish carpentry and upgraded appliances. Cental air conditioning and humidification system. Located in close proximity to the pool/hot tub complex. Alpine Club spa services are available upon request. Excellent maid/linen services provided.
