This charming summer cottage has origins in the 1920s and is one of the most private spots on all of Lake Sylvia. Seated on 20+ acres of maples and cedars, you will enjoy walks in the woods and private access to the cleanest and most well-known lake in the area. It's a beautiful spot for families to get away, kick back and experience lake life.
We've decorated with antiques, and recently updated the kitchen and added wireless internet. A separate boathouse has a rooftop deck and is a few feet from the water, a great spot to watch the sunset. Bring your boat, or fish and swim right from the dock.
You have access to the entire house and Lake Sylvia via the private dock. If you’ve got a boat, there is a public landing on the other side of the lake. There is a spot to tie up a boat on the dock.
The cottage is located just off of the Lake Sylvia Peninsula Road. This road winds between East and West Lake Sylvia. It's a great spot to walk or ride bikes as it gets very little traffic. You are bound to see some wildlife here. A doe had two fawns this spring. We see them nearly every day.
