Located in a wonderfully unique, natural setting, enjoying an exceptional climate, this apartment offers every possible comfort for your stay. We offer the highest quality in a peaceful development, within 30 thousand square meters of the prize winning tropical gardens, yet only a few minutes walk from the opulent social life of Marina Puerto Banus.

Our gardens have 3 swimming pools with integral children's' pools, life guard attendance, fountains, lily ponds and streams. The gardens host an open air restaurant and cafe exclusively for residents.

This very safe and secure development is located directly on the beach with two security gates - one leads on to the Blue Flag sandy beach, into the inviting Mediterranean sea and the lavish Ocean Club with its fabulous huge seawater swimming pool. The other security gate leads into the famous PUERTO BANUS MARINA which is a two minute walk either along the sandy beach or by using the boardwalk.

The gardens and apartment are wheelchair and push-chair friendly. The boardwalk is accessible from our garden gates which make the beach and Marina Puerto Banus so easy to navigate.

The 24 hour concierge / reception facilitates your arrival and departure times making them totally flexible for your convenience. An underground parking space is provided with elevator access to the apartment. The complex enjoys the most luxurious exclusive health and beauty SPA with its own indoor heated swimming pool, well equipped gym, a multitude of dance & exercise classes, sauna, steam room , Turkish hammam and massages (reasonable entrance fee payable directly to the Spa).

You will also find on site; a 24/7 supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes.

Puerto Banus is the most loved resort in Spain enjoying a sunny micro climate protected by the magnificent Sierra Blanca Mountain range.

Spacious master bedroom with Juliette balcony, tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings, a luxury quality super king size bed plus fitted wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom is all marble, full bath tub/shower, WC, bidet, twin vanity unit.

Every Saturday morning there is a popular street market located at the bullring in Puerto Banus. This market is the largest open market on the Costa Del Sol.

Most enjoyable stay

The apartment is ideally located being, as it says in its description, in walking distance from restaurants, bars and the beach. The apartment itself is nicely furnished, roomy and modern. Although, to be honest, when were in the apartment we spent most of the time on the balcony. We found it slightly difficult to operate the TV (not that we wanted to watch it much) and couldn't find any instructions. Also, the addition of a juicer would have been nice to what is otherwise a fairly well equipped kitchen. A final point as far as the apartment is concerned is that I think wi-fi should be included in the price of the apartment. I didn't require it but it seems odd to charge for it nowadays when so many places provide free access.

The surrounding gardens are spacious, tranquil and well maintained. There seems to be a large staff of gardeners. There is a garden restaurant and bar which is good value and three pools. The amenity we really valued was the private, fob-operated gate to the beach. We used to go to the beach reasonably early in the morning in swimsuit and with towel and enjoy a dip on a deserted beach. There is a shower on the beach and a footwash back inside the gate. A hassle-free trip to the beach.

As stated, the apartment is centrally located with lots of amenities, but in a private complex, and the price you pay for that convenient location is the occasional nightclub noise until the early hours. But it wasn't hugely intrusive.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would go back. We have recommended it to friends

They were great guests and we appreciate their 5 STAR review along with their kind recommendation to friends. In the apartment there is a hard copy folder with all the necessary instructions for living in the apartment and for enjoying the area. Furthermore, there are laminated sheets for the straight forward operation of the TV and Satellite box next to the TV. We don't include the cost of our high speed fibre optic WiFi in the rental cost to keep the rental price economical as some of our guests do not wish to use it. The noise that our guest is referring to was not from a nightclub but rather from a rogue party boat that had dropped anchor near our development and thankfully was quickly urged to leave the area. You would not experience any noise from nightclubs when staying in any of our apartments.

Beautiful complex

On arrival you're not quite sure what is behind the vast amount of apartments...it's like an oasis!! Beautiful gardens with three large pools, two excellent restaurants and always a nice spot for a G&T at the end of the day! There's a back gate to the beach and a side gate to Marina. The supermarket is a 5 min walk and pharmacy on your doorstep. The apartment was clean and well maintained.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay here.

The apartment was lovely and clean, brilliant location (on the beach front, and minutes from the Marina), and set in beautiful gardens.

Angela and Nael were very helpful. They sent lots of info about the resort, and very prompt with responses to queries.

Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment.

Our usual holidays are spent in rented apartments so I have a broad experience of what is available.

This is one of the best we have have rented.

It's a big complex but has three pools and beautifully kept gardens. Walk through the gardens and you're straight out not the beach.

The complex has a big underground car park with allocated spaces and a lift to the apartment.

Pretty much couldn't fault it.

As other reviewers have said the owners are helpful and provide lots of information regarding shopping etc.

Superb communication with Nael, very professional but caring too.

Large apartment with great bathrooms and comfy beds.

Apartment in large complex but lots of room around the pool, have to rent chairs for 3 euros or buy your own to take, very near all facilities.

Enjoyed taking bus to Marbella old town, better value and more choice of restaurants there.

Fantastic 10 days in Nael & Angela's apartment.

Wonderful holiday in an impressive apartment right in the heart of Puerto Banus. The apartment was very modern and spotlessly clean. balcony overlooking the gardens and swimming pool. Very relaxed vibe around the pools and gardens which were immaculately maintained. No need to rush for sunbeds as whatever time you arrived they were always available and this was school holiday week. Can't wait to go back and booking for next year . Angela and Nael were very helpful and professional and even had the apartment ready early for us . Great holiday !!😀
