We offer the highest quality in a peaceful development, within 30 thousand square meters of the prize winning tropical gardens, yet only a few minutes walk from the opulent social life of Marina Puerto Banus in Marbella.

Our gardens have 3 swimming pools with integral children's' pools, life guard attendance, fountains, lily ponds and streams. The gardens host an open air restaurant and cafe exclusively for residents.

This very safe and secure development is located directly on the beach with two security gates - one leads on to the Blue Flag sandy beach, into the inviting Mediterranean sea and the lavish Ocean Club with its fabulous huge seawater swimming pool. The other security gate leads into the famous PUERTO BANUS MARINA which is a two minute walk either along the sandy beach or by using the boardwalk.

The gardens and apartment are wheelchair and push-chair friendly. The boardwalk is accessible from our garden gates which make the beach and Marina Puerto Banus so easy to navigate.

The 24 hours concierge / reception facilitating your arrival and departure times making them totally flexible and at your convenience plus an underground parking space is provided with elevator access. The complex enjoys a most luxurious exclusive health and beauty SPA with its own indoor heated swimming pool, well equipped gym, a multitude of dance & exercise classes, sauna, steam room and Turkish hammam , massages (reasonable entrance fee payable directly to club).

YOU DEFINITELY DO NOT NEED A CAR when holidaying in one of our apartments as everything you need is immediately accessible or just a few minutes' walk. However, we do include a designated car space inside the building accessible by elevator from the apartment, should you require it and at no extra charge.

Malaga or Gibraltar airports are 35 minutes drive.

An airy and light contemporary lounge and dining areas are luxuriously appointed with high quality furnishings, dining table for 6, flat screen Satellite TV with UK and other European Channels plus DVD player. The apartment is centrally air conditioned for heating and cooling throughout.

WiFi and additional cleaning are available upon request.

Spacious master bedroom with Juliette balcony, tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings, a luxury quality super king size bed plus fitted wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom is all marble, full bath tub/shower, WC, bidet, twin vanity unit.

Every Saturday morning there is a popular street market located at the bullring in Puerto Banus. This market is the largest open market on the Costa Del Sol.

Fantastic 10 days in Nael & Angela's apartment.

Wonderful holiday in an impressive apartment right in the heart of Puerto Banus. The apartment was very modern and spotlessly clean. balcony overlooking the gardens and swimming pool. Very relaxed vibe around the pools and gardens which were immaculately maintained. No need to rush for sunbeds as whatever time you arrived they were always available and this was school holiday week. Can't wait to go back and booking for next year . Angela and Nael were very helpful and professional and even had the apartment ready early for us . Great holiday !!😀

Exceptional. A beautiful oasis in the middle of Peurto Banus. Extremely safe, the children love it. The property was brilliant, I can honestly say the customer service is exceptional. We will be going back.

Truely amazing

We had the most amazing stay at this apartment. On the lead up to the holiday Angela & Nael were so helpful in any query we had. We couldn't believe how nice & how clean the apartment was it had everything. Two large bedrooms and two large bathrooms, kitchen large living room area with television with all the channels and outside area. The apartment complex itself has the most beautiful grounds with 3 swimming pools and it's so peaceful. It's also right on the beach and within 3 minutes walking distance to the ocean club depending on what you are looking for. In the evenings its' only about a 5 minute walk to the post which is quiet lively full of bars and restaurants. Its also a very secure apartment complex. We will most defiantly be back and I look forward to returning.

Great time despite of horrible weather

Let me firstly start with the less positive site – the weather was horrible!!! Almost 2 weeks rain and that in May!!! Luckily the apartment and Puerto Banus are on an excellent location and even with horrible weather we could enjoy our vacation and had good time there.

Very nearby to the apartment there is a very nice SPA with an excellent gym, sauna, pool, etc... We spent quite a few days there. It is pretty expensive (40 Euro per adult per day!!) but we got an offer for 15 days which could be used by the whole family and was a great deal compared to other prices.

Shops and restaurants are all in a walking distance. You do not need a car but if you decide to rent one, there is a car rental agency in the 2 underground floor of Corte Ingles which is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. We had really a great experience there. Cabs are also easy accessible and pretty affordable (approximately 10 Euros to get to Marbella).

The apartment itself is very well equipped and surrounded with a beautiful park with a few pools and direct access from the park to the beach. Unfortunately we could use the park and the pools only 2-3 times but loved them a lot. You have complete privacy, peace and quiet although you are only a minute from the beach, parties and other happenings. There are also 2 small restaurants in the park which serve pretty good food and the staff is very friendly.

Nael and Angela were really great in providing all necessary instructions/directions prior to the stay and all went very smoothly. Even during our stay they were so fast with responding to our inquiries. Although we never met in person, we felt there was someone there for us to support when needed. Thank you so much for that!!!

The only minor comment for a potential improvement – it would be nice to get at least a welcoming bottle of water:-) A supermarket which works 24 hours 7 days is only 2-3 minutes away from the apartment but still, if you arrive in the evening and do not want to rush with shopping, it is always nice to be welcomed! Last couple of years we have been usually staying at such apartments/houses and always got welcomed with small goodies, differing from a bottle of water, coffee and tea to real baskets of everything you need for a breakfast or quick dinner with e.g. spaghetti and wine. It does not need to be a lot but small thinks make you feel being at home from a very first moment:-)

Other than that really nothing to object and we can only recommend it further!

Owner's Response: We are delighted you enjoyed your holiday and hope that the unusual weather won't deter you from holidaying in one of our apartments again in the future. It was such a shame that the weather was inclement in May after we had just had the most amazing amount of sunshine right through from summer 2015 up to to these 2 weeks in May . Our email is manned in our absence so as to give our guests the reassurance that we care and being mindful of our guests' presence regardless of the their correspondence being urgent or not. Fortunately, you found plenty of entertainment in the apartment...hi speed and unlimited wifi, novels, board game and the huge selection of TV channels including kids programmes. Also fortunate is that our location is so central for all amenities, Marina Puerto Banus, businesses, and stores, and not forgetting our garden gate opening out on to the beach. Our tropical gardens which have won awards, offer shade via the canopied trees or full sun by the pools. There are streams and lily ponds nestled in between the colourful Bird of Paradise flowers too. We have taken your comments on board and not had feedback before regarding the lack of a welcome pack. We agree, it is helpful when staying in hotels to find biscuits, water & beverages in the room if there is not a shop or supermarket nearby but we are a self catering business with a 24 hour supermarket on site. As we own 5 apartments and particularly as we do have the 24 hour supermarket on site, it helps us to reduce our costs for clients if we do not leave a welcome pack. In the past, we have experienced many guests who haven't used our welcome packs or complain that the wrong tea / coffee / milk was included. Our guests arrive from all over the world and have varying tastes for the most simplest of things. To compensate for not leaving a welcome pack, we do include, dish washer tablets, some cleaning products and soap at no extra charge which after some research, the majority of our previous guests preferred the cleaning pack over the welcome pack. An amazing Apartment in an amazing complex

To say this holiday exceeded all my expectations is an understatement. Absolutely seemless transaction from start to finish, security deposit refunded before I could unpack my bags. Nael was extremely helpful and gave us more than enough information. Apartment was spotless and slept 6 with ease. Complex is the best I've ever seen and literally centre of the universe. Relaxing and adventure when you want it

The property is great. The apartment is well cared for and the property it resides in is in a great location. Easy walk to the beach or to go further to the harbor if you want more excitement. Marbella is an easy trip by boat or car if you want to venture out for a few hours. What we really enjoyed is the location because you can lay on the beach one day and drive to a great hill town, Gibralter or even go to Tangier for a day if you like. Every day was fantastic and it was great to go back to the apartment that was well accommodated to rest up for the next great day. Nael was great to work with. Made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived and made the whole transaction smooth. I'd highly recommend my friends to stay here and we hope to come back ourselves.

The kitchen is very modern with ceramic hob and separate utility room which has two boilers, washing and drying machine, dishwasher available, hair dryer, ironing board, safe, DVD.
