I have always dreamed of living in a stone farmhouse in Tuscany for a week. Our stay in your lovely
home did not disappoint! The 360o views are spectacular. Jackie , the property manager, visited daily to answer questions and give advice. Sebrea, the chef, cooked fabulous dinners for our party of 8 most evenings. I highly recommend your home for anyone wanting a quiet stay in the Tuscany hill country. Tom & Linda Getty, Sewickly, Pa. Exceeded our Wildest Dreams!!!
Given a bit directionally challenged, it took a bit to find the Villa but that's its beauty. Situated on a remote hilltop but 10 minutes from one of the most charming towns in Tuscany (Castellini in Chianti), the Villa is absolutely stunning. The pictures do not do it justice. While I actually booked our vacation, the Villa exceeded expectations. For those that were along for the journey, they couldn't take it all in fast enough. They were amazed and after a rather hectic few days in Rome, we immediately relaxed in our HOME for the next six days. Despite the abundant space and large rooms, it felt cozy. Anyone looking for a unique experience with all the comfort and necessisties of home, this is your place. I highly recommend it and will be sure to return as soon as we can. The hosts (Annie and Paul) and the onsite Property Manager (Jacqueline) are wonderful and very responsive. Annie even arranged for us to utilize the property's Chef. Upon arrival the first day, the Chef (Serena) cooked us one of the best meals we had to pleasure of experiencing while in Italy for 10 days. It was incredible and to have the meal ready when we arrived was such a treat. Our Vacation in Tuscany couldn't have been better, in large part due to the quality of our accommodation. Thanks again from all of us to Annie and Paul for the pleasure of staying in their home, Jacqueline to ensuring was better than OK and Serena for the amazing meals. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly (early April) but we did manage to see the Tuscan Sun. Next visit we hope to enjoy more of the garden and be able to use that incredible pool. A big THANKS - Greg, Laura, Johnny, Ron, Bonnie and Shirley.
Wow! We had such an idyllic time at this place. First off, this property is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, has a beautiful pool and tennis court, and has stunning views of the nearby hills and valleys. The two story home is very spacious, beautifully decorated, has a gourmet kitchen where we enjoyed cooking nightly, and has en-suite bathrooms for three bedrooms and a hallway bathroom for the fourth bedroom. Needless to say, our family of five had more than enough space to spread out. Finally, the owners were a delight to work with and provided a clean, well equipped elegant place for us. They promptly responded to our questions and were truly a pleasure to correspond with.
Thank you so much for your very positive review. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay and it was a pleasure liaising with you .
A perfect place
We stayed the second time with our family (six adults and a baby) in this wonderful house and are sure to come back! The house is spacius and tasteful, you can feel the hospitality of the owners. The kitchen and the living room are perfect for enjoying time together. The bedrooms on the upper floor are quiet and have an ensuite bathroom. Several Outside spots give you breathtaking views regardless of whether you decide to sit in the sund or in the shade. The common pool area is generously designed and teh tennis court well taken care of. It’s one of the most – bautyful places we know - it couln't get any better than this!
Beautiful house, stunning location
This gorgeous property is very well equipped, with enough space for two families. The pool is great and was well used, and overlooks the stunning views. Highly recommended.
Perfect in every way!
We spent a wonderful week here with friends and young babies. The house is so peaceful and set amongst the most amazing countryside. The views are really spectacular and we enjoyed several amazing sunsets at the end of the garden. We were even lucky enough to see wild deer running past in the nearby fields. Perfect!
The house itself has literally everything you could possibly need for couples and families. The bedrooms and living area are comfortable and well equipped. We were able to prepare a range of meals in the superb kitchen. The manager arranged for us to have a meal cooked one evening at a reasonable cost which was delicious. We enjoyed using the tennis courts and swimming pool although it was a little chilly at this time of year!
I cannot recommend this property enough for a peaceful break in a stunning setting. Thank you Paul and Annie - what a wonderful home you have!

The house is set on a hilltop in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, surrounded by rolling vineyards, olive groves, and wooded hills behind. Castellina in Chianti, a charming small hill town, is 5kms distant, while Siena is about 25mins by car, and Florence less than an hour. The coast can be reached in about 90 minutes, and Rome in less than three hours. The setting is idyllically peaceful, but many amenities are nearby. The area is plentifully supplied with good restaurants, the closest being only a few minutes drive away. The area is most attractive in all seasons; the summer is obviously warm sunny and dry, but also springtime brings an abundance of wild flowers, while the winter often has cold, clear sunshine with outstanding views.
