Pet Friendly, Excellent Ocean View and Direct Beach Access! This beautiful second row, single level 3 bedroom, 2 full bath beach home features large front and back decks--both with dining tables and chairs, quality furnishings throughout, beautiful ceramic tiles in the living/dining areas, kitchen and baths, and carpeting in all three bedrooms for your comfort. There is a gorgeous direct ocean view from the spacious deck stretching full length across the back of this home. French doors open from the living area onto the back deck, as well as from the master bedroom and second bedroom. This home is conveniently located 2 blocks from the Beach and Racquet Club. And it is just steps to the beach on a private path and boardwalk with no street to cross between the house and the beach. There is covered parking below the house for 2 cars, and open parking adjacent to the home for 2 more vehicles. Ceiling fans provide gentle breezes in the living area and all three bedrooms and a high speed wireless Internet connection is provided for your convenience. For entertainment, the living area offers a 37 inch flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, as well as a stereo with IPOD/MP3 docking station. The master offers a king bed, flatscreen cable television with DVD player, and a full attached private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen cable television with DVD player, and a connecting bath. This second bath can also be accessed from the short hallway that connects the second and third bedrooms. A full sized washer and dryer are also located in that hallway, behind louvered doors. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, a large chair for reading, and cable TV. There is also a queen inflatable air bed to set up in the living area for expanded sleeping options. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach in summer, and winter visitors will enjoy the wood burning fireplace in the living room! This home is pet friendly with payment of the nonrefundable pet fee. Pets limited to one dog. Sorry, no cats please.

Wonderful rental!

We squeezed in a short 4 day trip to the beach before my son went back to school and stayed at this house. Only two complaints: 1. Only got to stay 4 days. 2. Can't go back until next year (the house is booked).

We absolutely loved everything about this house. The location was wonderful...short walk to the almost deserted beach. Great experience with the property managers. Can't wait to go back!

Love it....

We love this house and have stayed in it four times. The location is wonderful, we love the covered front porch (great for breakfast and dinner and watching storms roll through). Furniture is pretty comfortable except for the beds. King is hard and queen (a king would fit) is not comfortable. All in all this is a very good house and is pet friendly for the doggy kids. Easy walk to the beach too. Give it a try, great property managers make it so worth it.
