Mandria Retreat is a fully air conditioned apartment on the delightful complex of Zephyrus Village 2 within the beautiful, agricultural village of Mandria. It has a large private garden sitting alongside the main pool area, making it ideal for relaxing. This is a wonderful area to sit both day and night - with beautiful aromas from the landscaped gardens.

Living Room: TV with Nintendo Wii, satellite TV and DVD player; 3 and 2-seater sofas, patio doors leading onto covered veranda, with seating and access to garden and patio area (overlooking the main pool), air conditioning/fan.

Dining Area: dining table - seats 6, CD/Radio, games, books.

Kitchen: cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker.

Bedroom 1 - double bed with air conditioning, built-in wardrobes and en suite.

Bedroom 2 - twin beds with air conditioning and built in wardrobes.

Bedroom 3 - twin beds with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes.

Bathroom with bath/shower, wc, vanity cabinet and mirror.

Within the kitchen, there is a large store cupboard with brush and dust pan, iron/ironing board, clothes horse, cool box, portable barbecue, high chair.

There is a private garden with outdoor eating area, shared pool and children’s play area. Allocated parking for one vehicle directly outside the front door and extra spaces can be found on the opposite side of the apartment.

This is a ground floor apartment and is therefore safe for young children. A one metre wall surrounds the garden, making it safe for young children. For added convenience, the apartment contains an easy to assemble travel cot, high chair, bed barrier for toddlers, door gate, sterilizer. Air-conditioning is available in each living/sleeping area to keep the family cool. The units can also provide heat in colder months. There are games and books to keep the older ones happy! The surrounding area is perfect for children, with no hills, quiet beaches, a play area on the complex and a pool to cool down in. Locally there is the Aphrodite Water Park and nature trails to explore.

Mandria is a quaint, restful village about 11km from bustling Paphos. The village offers a fish and chip shop and cafe, 4 tavernas, a roof top cocktail bar and a supermarket. Whether you want a full Cypriot meal or just a cooling drink, the village will provide at very reasonable prices, alongside traditional Cypriot entertainment! Mandria sits within an agricultural area making it ideal for those who love countryside/coastal settings. Beautiful flora will impress and the peanut plantations that surround the village make for a wonderful setting for nature lovers. October sees village celebrations of the peanut harvest with a song, dance and wine festival. Bird watching, marathon running, trekking, water sports and golf are all popular in the area around the village.

A short drive from the village, there is the exclusive Secret Valley Golf Club and Aphrodite Hills Golf Club and Spa, which offers a championship course, practice facilities and an elegant clubhouse with spa. This makes it ideal for those who want reasonably priced, quality accommodation in a first-class location, whilst still taking advantage of what the beautiful island of Cyprus has to offer. About Nicky and Sean Caley

We are a family of 4 - mum, dad and 2 boys 11 and 13. We bought the apartment when the boys were young and were attracted to the fact that it was ground floor and safe for little ones!

We have enjoyed lots of holidays at Mandria Retreat - we love Cyrpus because the weather is fantastic, the scenery is amazing and the people so friendly.

We do plan to retire out there one day - but until then, we will share our little gem with you.

Why Nicky and Sean Caley chose Paphos & Suburbs

We fell in love with the area of Mandria, after walking from the complex to the beach, through orange groves and agricultural land. It was so different to the hustle and bustle of Paphos that we thought that it was definitely something a little bit different. It is well out of the way and we would suggest you hire a car.

The village itself is wonderful and we have made many friends there. It has been great to see it expand over recent years and it is handy to now have all the amenities needed to ensure you purchase most thing on your doorstep.

What makes this apartment unique

We bought the apartment brand new, so when we planned the furnishings and garden, we knew we wanted a relaxing and classic look. You will find that everything has been well thought through, even down to the wonderful lights and beautiful garden/patio furniture.

The garden was professionally designed and gives that extra wow factor when you first arrive. I just love those summer nights, sitting in the garden, next to the aromatic plants and flowers with a glass of wine - just perfect....

a lovely property

we had a wonderful stay here the property was clean and very comfortable and inviting. the welcome pack was ready and waiting as promised.

the facilities at the complex were wonderful and all the residence were friendly and helpful with suggestion on where to go and what restaurant to eat at.

would highly recommend this property to anyone will be back.

Clean, comfortable and relaxing.

My husband and I had not had a holiday for 5 years and thankfully we made the right choice booking Mandria Retreat. It was a lovely apartment, really comfortable and well equipped. Parking is right outside if you need a car. Having had a stressful 4 years it was fantastic to feel relaxed on holiday. Every thing worked, there were no issues at all. We had wifi for our iPads and phones and the tv was English. I would be more than happy to recommend the apartment and we are already looking at dates for next year for a longer holiday.

Fantastic !

We had a perfect fortnight in Mandria,the appartment is incredible with everything you could possible need and was spotless.The pool is great and perfect for children and even has a ice cream van that calls every afternoon ! Mandria itself is a lovely village with very friendly and helpful locals.A car is great for exploring the island.

A very spacious, beautifully furnished apartment.

The apartment is in a lovely village location. Perfect for the airport and convenient for exploring the area. The village has some lovely restaurants, we ate out every evening and all of our selections were delicious.

The apartment is spacious, very clean, well presented and comfortable. The kitchen area is equipped with everything that you could possibly need, even an electric orange squeezer!

The outside seating areas were perfect. The covered patio got the morning sun and the area by the pool made an excellent sun bathing spot in the afternoon.

We would recommend this apartment and would love to return in the future.

A visit to Mandria.

This was our second visit to Mandria and the apartment was well up to our expectations. Very well equipped in all departments especially the kitchen. We were able to prepare and cook many meals with lovely local produce. The lounge area is very comfortable for quiet evenings in watching TV. It's a home away from home.We did have a couple of minor problems, Wifi lost due to dish moving in a gale which was resolved the following day and over the first 5 weeks of our stay 4 of the lounge light bulbs had failed. I sent an Email to Nicky and somebody came and replaced them the next day. Great service. It seems the whole estate is managed in this way including street cleaning and gardening which everywhere looking good, Mandria village is very pleasant and friendly with very good local tavernas. We will return to Mandria. Martin and Sandra, Isle of Bute.

10 minutes walk from the secluded beaches of Mandria Bay

1 minute walk from the supermarket, bakery and tavernas

10 minutes by car from Paphos airport

5 minutes drive from two of Cyprus’ International golf courses and spa

15 minutes drive from Paphos town centre

Only 5 minute drive to Aphrodite Hills and Water park, water sports at Yeriskipou, shopping and historical places of interest, such as the Birthplace of Aphrodite.

You can enjoy skiing in the Troodos mountains during January, February and March. Troodos ski resort has 4 ski lifts and 7 runs. Just 45 minutes away, Mandria Retreat is ideally placed for skiing in the morning and lying on the beach in the afternoon!

The Akamas Peninsular has many interesting and walks, ranging from 14km to 2km. Yeroskipou Folk Art Museum: Yeroskipou village, 3 km east of Paphos. Ayia Paraskevi Church: Yeroskipou village, 3 km east of Paphos.

Temple of Aphrodite: Kouklia village, 14 km east of Paphos

Petra tou Romiou (Birthplace of Aphrodite: 25 km east of Paphos. Panayia Chryseleousa: 3 km north of Paphos

Bird watching, marathon running, skiing, golfing and a variety of water sports are all well known activities that can be undertaken in the Paphos area. Mandria makes for easy access to any of these interests!

Flights can be taken to Paphos (5/10 min drive to Mandria Retreat) or Larnaca (1hr 30 minute drive to Mandria Retreat). Car hire is recommended, though we can arrange airport transfers and there is a bus service that runs along the main road to all major cities in Cyprus.
