On entry to the apartment - the door opens into the livingroom/kitchen area - in the livingroom you have a double good quality leather sofabed, large flat screen TV (with english news channels) there is internet/Wifi free of charge. There is 4 person dining/breakfast table. There are storage 2 chest of draws (for storage) There is air conditioning in both the bedroom (which comfortably cools the livingroom)The apartment has a very good quality queen double bed - the bedroom also has a sitting area (with single sofabed) and study desk and chair and cupboard. The shower room is fresh and bright - with good quality walk-in shower, with double hand basins and WC.You have a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave 4 plate hob, kettle, toaster and coffee maker and full utensils. There is a washing machine in shower-room.This apartment is ideal base for someone that wants to experience and enjoy a sunny apartment in very good location - the apartment is set-back from road so very quiet - highly recommended.
Cleaning and linen charge:
To offer a high standard presentation of apartment - There is an additional 100 euro payment which covers your end-of-stay cleaning and fresh professionally laundered, high quality linens and towels.
Also included is a welcome pack with good quality bottle of bio Rose wine, orange juice, water and biscuits and also a small sample of L'occitane toiletries.
This is paid at the end of your stay in cash full details are provided on booking. This an additional to the rental price shown on the right of screen.

Es gab diverse kleine Mängel, die aber von der Agentur Go-nice ohne Umstände am nächsten Tag behoben wurden.
Der kleine Balkon wird vom Vermieter leider als Abstellraum für Strandmatten, Putzgeräte, etc mitgenutzt, da wäre es gut hierfür eine andere Lösung zu finden. Die Esstischstühle unbequem und sehr abgenutzt.
Alles andere prima, nette kleine Wohnung für zwei und nur wenige Meter zum Strand und in die Fußgängerzone.
The apartment is located in very central position - 100 meters from Promenade des Anglais and beach and only 5 minutes walk to the old town - it is on the 4th floor and set back so it is very quiet - but on exiting the building you are right in the center of all activities and many restaurants, bars and shops - truly a perfect location.
