This is a really stunning apartment and has been furnished in contemporary style (by the owner who is interior designer) is has modern furniture. There is a large double sofabed with comfy armchair. Large flat screen TV - with English news channels and Wifi/Internet and radio/CD player. One of the stunning asects of this apartment is the rear Terrace/garden with has a table and 6 chairs and a Jacuzzi - so great fun. There is air conditioning throughout, double glazing and electric controlled shutters - on the terrace there is also a large electric that extends over dining area - to really give you shade and allow for privacy/outdoor dining.There are 2 very comfortable bedrooms - The master bedroom has super kingsize bed (1.8m x 2m) bedside tables and storage cupboards - there is a flat screen TV (with English news channels) and dressing table - there is also a large dressing room and an en-suite bathroom - there is small balcony also. The 2nd bedroom has a kingsize double bed, bedside tables and storage cupboards - it is at rear of apartment with direct access onto terrace (so very quiet)There is an ensuite bathroom (off the main bedroom) which includes bath and shower attachment and wash hand basin. There is a further showerroom next to the 2nd bedroom and a separate WC.The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, 4 plate cooking hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, large storage fridge and washing machine and separate dryer (in separate storage area) there are full cooking utensils and kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee maker - basically a kitchen with everything. There is a very nice breakfast bar - that separates kitchen and livingroom with 4 chairs.This apartment is modern (and new to the rental market) summer 2013. It has a fresh feel and modern style and is very easy to live in. It has air cooling (throughtout) and double glazing and electric shutters and a great rear (very quiet) terrace/garden with outdoor Jacuzzi - really great fun. This is perfect place for 2 couples or family to base themselves - as 5 minutes walk to beach or station (so very easy to explore) Highly recommended.
Cleaning and linen charge:
To offer a high standard presentation of apartment - There is an additional 120 euro payment which covers your end-of-stay cleaning and fresh professionally laundered, high quality linens and towels.
Also included is a welcome pack with good quality bottle of bio Rose wine, orange juice, water and biscuits and also a small sample of L'occitane toiletries.
This is paid at the end of your stay in cash full details are provided on booking. This an additional to the rental price shown on the right of screen.
This apartment comes with linens and towels and beds made-up accordingly for 4 persons.

Sofabed: If you require use of sofa-bed linens and towels (for an additional 1 or 2 persons) 40 euro
Baby cot: a fold-up baby cot and linens can be added to apartment: 30 euro

The Apartment was very clean, spacious and in a very good location. Large supermarket close by. Close proximity ( 4 minute walk )to the railway station and bus stop to the airport. The main shopping centre for Nice Jean Medecin was about a 6 minute walk.
Kitchen and cooking facilities were good.
Both bedrooms were a good size, master bedroom at the front suffered from some traffic noise early in the morning.
The garden was smaller than the picture on the website and only got the sun for 2 hours in the morning due to the large buildings either side. Having said that it was a lovely apartment but would benefit from an additional toilet.

I found this apartment while browsing through a few letting agency websites and it did not disappoint.
I arrived with my wife and 2 adult children and we were all thoroughly pleased with the accomodation and location. The apartment was immaculate and well laid out and the added outdoor space was the icing on the cake. Located very close to the Promenade, bars and shops so something for all of us. Nice train station was very close too so getting to Monte Carlo, Ville France sur Mer and Antibes was a breeze. We loved our stay and will definitely return.
This luxury apartment is in a great location, less than 5 mins walk to the station and less than 10 mins to the centre of Nice. The apartment is spacious, airy, and perfect for 2 couples to share or for a family of 4. The beds are very comfortable and the bed in the main bedroom is huge - would sleep 4!! The taxi transfer we arranged through the letting agent was brilliant. The whole booking process from start to finish was faultless. Nice is the prettiest place we have ever visited - it has everything. Culture, gorgeous restaurants, the beach and it is a perfect location for also visiting Cannes, Antibes, Villefranche and Monaco, by train. We had an amazing week with our teenage children (16 and 18 yrs). Something for everyone.
Great apartment! Spacious, fully equipped, prime location, easy parking access, short walk to the beach, supermarket, tram and bus stops.
