Beautiful setting! Great hospitality!
It was a pleasure having you here and a wonderful experience watching you exchange vows
What a lovely property... Philip was very helpful with directions and pre-arrival info. We arrived later on in the evening so he stopped by the next morning to introduce himself and to check on us. We actually looked forward to being 'disconnected' for a few days... we cooked, read, visited the animals, took a day trip to the desert... perfect for a getaway from city life.
It was a wonderful experience having you as guests
We stayed here for several nights in March to see the wildflower bloom in Anza Borrego State Park. Very quiet, beautiful oaks around the property. A little too cool for us to sit on on the inviting deck. Phil left us fresh eggs one day (delicious) and a welcoming bottle of wine. He came by before we left. We enjoyed talking with him about his property. Would certainly stay here again.
When I purchased my ranch I did so because I wanted to get away from the city.
I love sharing it with others who want to do the same.
Cozy, clean and quiet retreat
We had a great time snuggling up in the evenings here. The place was especially clean, felt very private, and has an awesome selection of VHS cassettes! Phil was a great host, welcoming us in with an excellent bottle of wine. A great place to stay close to the super bloom without the super crowds.
What gives me special joy is sharing the ranch with others.
I hope to have you return in the future.

Get away from city life!
We had an absolute wonderful time. This is a great place to get away from city life. You will not be bothered by your phone, computer or any technology. This is a place to decompress and just relax. There is very limited phone reception, internet and no cable tv. Bring your own dvd's and food. Plan to relax, bbq, cook and enjoy the scenery. Philip was very nice and welcoming. We had a bottle of wine waiting for us right from his vineyard so the relaxing started right away! There were lots of animals to visit and pet, a pond to sit by and 40 acres to explore. Thank you for a great time.
We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute of our time. The ranch is breathtakingly beautiful. The mobile home is clean, fresh, and cozy. A network of horse trails nearby leads through a landscape of oaks and huge boulders with views of the mountains. Phil is a welcoming and generous host. I highly recommend this getaway.
Carolyn , her husband and daughter were wonderful guests and I hope to see them in the future;
If not as guests certainly as new friends
Their holiday visit was very welcome to me when my plans fell apart.
