Steps to the beach and close to shopping and fun in Kapaa town! Our condo is conveniently located on the ground floor of our condo complex overlooking the B building pool. The parking lot is close by, with a reserved spot, just for our guests, so no long trips up the stairs with luggage or groceries! Enjoy the comfy King size bed, or try the queen in the second bedroom.... Relax on the large lanai while you watch your kids swim in the pool! Walk a few steps to the front building and take advantage of the ocean front pool and recreation room if you'd like a change! For your convenience, we have a washer and dryer IN the unit for your use! Why do dishes when the dishwasher can do them for you! Load it up and go to the beach or the pool!
We are located next door to the Waipouli Resort, and across the street from the Safeway shopping center. The Ke Ala Hele Makalae multi use trail runs right in front of the complex! Take off on a walk, hike, run or bike ride anytime you like and travel the nine miles along the coast!
A special arrangement has been made with the Waipouli Resort (and a gate has been placed) to use their parking lot for overflow parking (in case you have more than one car in your party) and the beach in front of the resort! How convenient is that!
Our Hawaii state tax ID # is TA-060-878-4384-01. We have a wonderful "on island" contact, and her number is posted in the condo "just in case" there is a need while you are there!
