Our location is central to everything in the Twin Cities and we love being near the many colleges/universities. My favorite architectural feature is the built in woodwork, hence, the name Twin Arches. Come experience St. Paul gathering under the twin arches which are again under the twin arches of the second floor. Take a step back in history!
We wanted to be near colleges (I grew up on a campus in California), with walking and biking opportunities (we bike every day we can). We still travel to visit family, and like being close to the airport, as well as both downtown Saint Paul and Minneapolis.
Flexibility of multiple rental options: First Floor Two Bedroom OR Second Floor Three Bedroom OR BOTH levels combined for five bedrooms and two bathrooms. Gather your friends and family together! Walking to everything, easy bus access and immediate access to some of the best bicycling in the Twin Cities.
We (family of 5) stayed at Twin Aches while visiting family in St. Paul. Conveniently located in a quiet, safe neighborhood; easy walking distance to coffee shop and pizza restaurant on Grand; St. Thomas; and the Mississippi River Boulevard/walking path. The apartment was larger than we expected, clean, and quiet. We thought our flight might be affected by the Delta cancellations, and Amber was flexible in waiting to hear from us and offering us a discounted price for an additional night (luckily our flight wasn't affected). I would recommend this property to any groups-families or friends. The bedrooms are not large, but the living room and dining room are very spacious so there is plenty of space for several people.
Our family spent three nights here, and would definitely come back. Everything was very clean, there was plenty of space for us to spread out, the A/C helped everyone sleep well, and Amber even brought out a bunch of toys for the kids. It was a easy to get to cafes or restaurants, and the neighborhood was nice to just stroll around. Having Netflix on the tv was nice too. Thanks, Amber!
Our family was blessed to recently spend 5 nights at this home rental. We rented both levels. We had other relatives join us for dinner two evenings- there was plenty of room for all of us to eat, visit and enjoy our time together. We enjoyed visiting the Children's Muesum, The Minnesota RollerGirls WFTDA, Cafe Latte....
This rental feels like a wonderful place to come home to. Our 3 1/2 son enjoyed all of the toys - including his favorite the train set.

We've stayed in lots of rentals but this was the best! Walking into the cosy, attractive surroundings felt like coming home. There is lots of comfortable seating, the kitchen is very well stocked and the lay-out allowed for peace and privacy in the bedrooms, with a spacious gathering place in the dining/living rooms. The neighbourhood is beautiful and perfect for walking, and the owner couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We expect to visit St. Paul in the future and will always look first for this rental.
We loved staying here! Plenty of room for the whole family and close to everything! The house was clean and the the owners very friendly. We had everything we needed right their in the house.
This place exceeded our expectations in every way. It was very comfortable with 2 adults and 4 children. A beautiful place to stay in a beautiful neighbourhood. Lots of comforts of home including board games & toys, as well as a good sized kitchen for cooking.
