Right next door to the Breckenridge Arts and Music Pavillion, and backing to the Blue River Bike path that runs throughout Summit County, to Keystone, Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, Copper Mountain, and even over the pass into Vail! One block to the Gondola to ride up to ski, and RIGHT ON 4 0'clock ski run down to the front door. The building has FREE underground parking, 24 hour check in, a lobby bar/lounge, and a restaurant on site. Great building amenities include heated pool, FOUR hot tubs, steam sauna, fitness room with state of the art machines, FREE DVD rentals, conscierge, and more.

This condo rents for much higher than what the owner is charging through the management company. You can rent for discounted price with payment in advance to owner. Special prices for mid-week stays. Because of the central location and availability by foot to all parts of town. Walk to restaurants and shops, to supermarket, and to skiing. Incredible amenities in the building. Beautiful bike path along the river behind the building, runs throughout Summit County to all other parts of the county, and even all the way into Vail.

Loved the location

Condo: Excellent location and easy walking to all the restaurants and quaint shops in Breckinridge! Short walk to the gondola lift. The gondola was free! Views spectacular. I recommend using the humidifier in the condo. It was a wonderful stay!

The condo was ideal and exceeded all our expectations!

It was a great experience from beginning to end. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our reservation request. The check in process was smooth. The condo was immaculately clean and furnished with everything we needed. The location along the river walk and only a block from Main Street was perfect. The washer and dryer were much appreciated. The bed, couch and living room recliner were exceptionally comfortable. We would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to anyone visiting Breckinridge.

Best location in Breckenridge!

Ron's condo is in the perfect location to explore all that Main Street Breckenridge and surrounding attractions have to offer. The condo is situated less than a 5 minute walk to the center of Main Street. No busy streets to cross and located next to a beautiful stream with walking paths and plenty of benches to enjoy the beauty of Colorado. The condo itself was nicely appointed and very comfortable for a family of 3. A big plus was the underground parking included with the condo. We have a Chevy Silverado and the garage had ample spots and room for us to park. It made it so easy to unload our luggage and place onto many of the luggage carts which were readily available and take the garage elevator up to the condo. The condo grounds also included a small pool, several hot tubs and a small fitness center. In addition there is a quaint Tiki Bar on the lower level which served some great food and very delicious cocktails. A bike rental shop also sits across from the condo grounds. The only downside of the condo was that it had no air conditioning, but this is very common for most of the Breckenridge area, and it was rather warm during our stay. Ron has one fan in the condo for use and fortunately for us I had packed two additional fans which helped immensely. It was a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate at all in coming back and enjoying Ron's condo.

The location is fantastic, check in instructions were a little confusing, but overall easy.
