Set in beautifully landscaped Hale Kamaole complex, Unit 255 features a private lanai with beautiful ocean views across from Kamaole III beach -- named one of the top beaches in the world! The beach has a gentle surf with full time life guards on duty. Located away from South Kihei Road in Building 6, this unit has over 1300 sq ft of living space, the beautiful pool located just steps from the unit, along with tennis court and BBQ's. Ample parking provided on site, and located within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and attractions, this condo is a great base for exploring Maui!
The main floor has a new fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite counters and dishwasher, adjoining dining area, and living room which open onto the lanai with ocean and pool views. A large bedroom with 2 twin beds, A/C and plenty of storage, along with a bathroom and laundry complete the main floor. The 2nd floor has a loft area with a queen bed overlooking the living area. The master bedroom has a queen bed, A/C and large ensuite with walk-in shower.
Cable television on both levels, including large 'Smart TV' in the living room, free wifi, washer/dryer, telephone includes free unlimited calling to Canada and the United States. Beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach equipment located in the lanai closet for your convenience. Laundromat also available on site near tennis court.
Our preferred minimum stay is 7 nights, see Notes for shorter stays and special longer term rates. This is a NON SMOKING unit and NO PETS are allowed.

Condo is on second and third floors. was fairly clean. it said "well stocked kitchen". i would say that is incorrect. there were only a couple bowls, although lots of glasses. there wasn't any pepper. they only give you 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for a week. also only a few laundry detergent pods. most places we've stayed will spend the extra 5$ to make sure you don't have to buy silly things like that.
The beds were very soft. i would say too soft IMHO.
there were plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc.
There is no hot tub/spa which i found strange given there are 2 pools.
The outdoor BBQ area (which has 4 charcoal and 2 gas grilles) is great.
Parking was nice. Location is great. Beach was pretty. Our whole stay was WINDY which i've heard is typical for that location.
Internet was slow but it did work. using my cell phone's data connection was MUCH faster.
All in all it was a nice place but a bit overpriced. I was also asked to pay an additional tax after my agreed up on price. they claimed Hawaii increased the hotel tax in 2018. for the small amount it was ($15) they should have absorbed it as that type of things makes one feel like they are being nickel and dime'd.. especially when it isn't stocked with regular items meant to last the duration of your stay.

saw turtles every day!
This condo was perfect for our family. We were lucky enough to have mostly older guests in the complex. Our last 3 nights was filled with a lot of children screaming which was unfortunate. The condo was stocked with everything one would need for comfort and beach fun. Our favorite beach was in front of the Days Inn and it was only seconds from the condo! We would love to stay in the complex in the future!

We booked this beautiful condo for a special family event, and found it roomy, comfortable, well-equipped, and conveniently located.
We enjoy preparing some of our own meals, so we really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, which had everything we needed. This unit is near the upper swimming pool and barbeque area, which offers both gas and charcoal grills. We looked forward to cooking dinner by the pool while watching the sun set. The ocean and mountain views from the lanai are gorgeous, so that became our favourite dining spot.
We also appreciated the cupboard full of beach gear that we used at several nice beaches nearby, including the Kamaole III beach park across the street (another popular place to watch the sunset) and the lovely and quiet Keawakapu swimming beach just down the road.
This condo is well-situated on the boundary of Kihei and Wailea, and offers excellent amenities for a group vacation. We hope to return again soon!
Six of us enjoyed the roominess of this two bedroom with loft, and the well stocked kitchen. Condiments were aplenty and having barbecues by the pool watching the sun go down a wonderful way to spend the evening.
Nearby beaches were lovely and the Kihei boat launch only a 5 minute walk away, to take off to Molokini snorkelling, or just to sit and watch the sea turtles bob for air at sun down.
5 Palms Restaurant overlooking Keawakapu Beach is a bonus to have so near by, and a beautiful place to enjoy a meal out.
Pools and BBQ area and all the grounds actually are maintained impeccably.
