Private building El Coloso. The complex offers tropical gardens with 2 enormous swimming pools & other for children, bar/restaurant with wi-fi, in summer time. Also it has a large parking area, ,paddle & security 24hrs. Sandy beaches are across the street, 3 minutes walk there are supermarket, pharmacy, hospital, bus stop,taxi, restaurants, casino, 2 km only from The Marina and Torrequebrada Golf Club.

One bedroom apartment up to 4 people:Fully equipped independent kitchens,large bedrooms with 2 double beds ,luxury en suite bathroom,s a spacious living rooms with flat TV , a double sofa bed ,table & chairs. The balcony has also table & chairs to enjoy a nice meal.

Internet wi-fi access,air conditioner and safe.

Spacious one bedroom apartment for 2/4 guest, high quality furniture. Fully fitted separate kitchen with cooker, hob, extractor fan, freezer, washing machine and microwave. Large en suite bathroom with marbled floor and walls. Living/dining area with one double sofa bed, seating for four people,Sky TV (bring your Sky card) without card you can see all the free channels, DVD and music system. Terrace also with table and chairs. Towels and linen are included. Iron/board, and is cleaned before/after each let. Safe deposit. West orientation(sun in the afternoon). Sea ,mountains,Fuengirola´s bay and Calaburra´s lighthouse views. Very silent.

*ENGLAND:Stayed here in June 2005. Very nice apartment as advertised. Owner friendly and helpful. Pools (there are three) are very nice and clean, life guards on duty, loungers for hire (1 euro a day) added bonus of a pool bar which serves drinks, ice creams, tapas and other snacks. Access road is a short but steep hill up to the apartment block. Currently building site next to access road but apartment is on other side of apartment block so you don’t hear it. Excellent supermarket at bottom of hill.

Terrific beach restaurant 'Lorenzos' just past the Sunset Beach Club and down some steps or the road at the side (filled with locals at the weekend which we always take as a good sign). Lots of nice restaurants on the beach at the 'windmill roundabout' (you’ll know what I mean when you get there) recommend the Paella and the steaks are also great cooked on the barbecue.

Benalmadena Marina is also nice lots of cafes, bars and restaurants, great place to watch the world go by.

El apartamento es excelente, estuvimos mui cómodos, por la situacion, la comodidad, todo en general. Es un apartamento muy amplio. Cerca tiene un excelente Super Cor!

ENGLAND ;We have stayed here at various times over the last 2 years and would thoroughly recommend. Ideal for families or older couples with excellent pool facilities also top line supermarket and restaurants to suit all tastes. Beach facilities are close by also a good bus service to local towns. Booked to stay again in October.

The Costa Del Sol is a name given to the almost 300 km of coastline. The municipality of Benalmadena is divided in three parts, Benalmadena Pueblo, Benalmadena Costa and Arroyo de la Miel. Torrequebrada is immersed in a relaxed atmosphere in Benalmadena Costa. Within few minutes walk, there are many activities to choose and places to visit, golf, minigolf, beach, Marina, sea life, Tivoli world, Parque de la Paloma, Selvo marina, Telesférico, museum (Piccaso), nightlife in Marina with night clubs and very close only 2 minutes walking the famous Hotel Casino Torrequebrada with dinner and Show in Sala Fortuna. The best Spectacular Flamenco and international show on the Costa del Sol.

Golf: The Torrequebrada Golf Club is just 2 km away. The 18 holes that it has are situated between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. It is rich in topical vegetation and birds. The Torrequebrada Golf Course has large number of lakes and strategic placed bunkers, every hole is a different experience for the player.

The average temperature is around 18 degrees centigrade during the whole year. Even in winter, it does not fall under 14 during the day. The rainfall is moderate, a fact which always guarantees a pleasant holiday.

The Costa del Sol has three hundred sunny days per year. This good weather is favoured by the constant sea breezes and the protective mountains situated next to the seaside. For all this, it is also calls Costa del Golf.
