The apartment is fully equipped and includes sheets, towels. It also has cable TV and internet.

Baby bed is provided upon request and is air-conditioned for hot summer days.

The apartment is located in the city center, near Saldanha Square, in the neighborhood of Estefânia, one of the most central areas of the city and with its own life.

It is quite close to the Saldanha / Picoas metro and buses. Nearby you can find shopping centers and a variety of cafes and small shops. The apartment is 25 minutes walk from downtown and 10m from the metro (Picoas / Saldanha).

Check in: 14:30 - Check out: 11:00. Check-in after 21:00 only through previous arrangement with the owner.

Appartamento carino, curato, pulito e comodo per il centro.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona decentrata, lontano dal caos del centro, ma comodissimo per poterlo raggiungere sia con gli autobus che con la metro. Io e mio marito ci siamo trovati molto bene, abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che ci poteva servire e Alexandra è stata gentilissima nel farci trovare del cibo , data la tardissima ora del nostro arrivo , sia per la cena che per la colazione. L'appartamento è al primo piano di una strada trafficatissima sia di giorno che di notte, quindi piuttosto rumorosa, ma con le finestre chiuse si dorme bene. Ci sono un condizionatore ed un ventilatore che fortunatamente non abbiamo mai usato dato il clima fresco delle notti di Lisbona. La città offre moltissime attrazioni , sia culturali che di intrattenimento, c'è vivacità e movimento sia di giorno che di notte. Sconsiglierei comunque Agosto, troppa folla! Volevamo fare l'esperienza del tour con il mitico bus 28, ma non c'è stato verso di salirci. Tutti stracolmi e i turisti stipati come "sardine portoghesi". Le uniche pecche che mi sento di sottolineare sono la mancanza di puntualità degli autobus,con ritardi anche di 20 minuti e le scarse segnalazioni della metro.Le stazioni sono indicate con la lettera M, piccolissima, direi invisibile se non ci sbatti il muso, e le manca pure un pezzo di gamba. A questo punto direi W la U enorme e visibilissima della tube di Londra. Tutto sommato comunque sia la casa che la città sono state molto piacevoli.

A localizacao e otima, central mas em local tranquilo, proximo a metro, mercados e restaurantes. Os donos foram pontuais e muito prestativos. O imovel tem todo o necessario, é quase como estar na propria casa.

Localizacao, conforto e acolhida

Imovel bem localizado e bem mobiliado (as fotos reproduzem os ambientes com fidelidade), o predio e agradavel, limpo e vizinhanca tranquila. Esta completo para uma estadia confortavel: a cozinha, com temperos e todas as utilidades necessarias para um café da manha ou uma refeicao, sacolas para compras, produtos de limpeza e higiene. O imovel estava limpo e com todos os itens que usamos funcionando bem. A recepcao e orientacoes foram otimas, os proprietarios sao muito gentis e corretos.

Well localized and furnitured, the apartment corresponds to the pictures. The building is pleasant and clean, the neighborhood is quiet. It's quite complete for a pleasant stay: the kitchen has oil, spices and all utilities needed to prepare a breakfast or a meal, shopping bags, cleaning products. The apartment was clean and functional. The owners were very gentle, honests and correct.

Aconchegante.

Nos quatro fomos bem recebidos e atendidos no que solicitamos. A casa é bem localizada, arejada, toda infraestrutura necessária para nós. Voltaremos com certeza, a Alexandra e seu pai, nos cativaram.

Car parking is easy on the street. There are 3 car parks on the street (2 open carparks - one is 6 euros during the day and 10 euros 24hours, the other 9 euros all day and the car park is closed 8 euros all day). On the street it is 4.5 euros for 4 hours.

The neighborhood has a life of it's own so you have easy access to supermarkets and grocery stores.

There is an hotel nearby, grocery stores, fruit shops, hospitals.

Located in the city center, in Saldanha neighborhood, one of the most central, expensive and yet lively Neighbourhoods of Lisbon

Very close to Saldanha underground station and several bus stops and ours regular bus stops. In the immediate vicinity, there are some of the best shopping malls and a variety of leisure and restaurants, the the Shopping Monumental, Atrium Saldanha, You are 30 minutes walk to downtown and 10 minutes by subway.
