So in 10 minutes you can enjoy sightseeing Historic and Cultural Dublin great shopping and nightlife... then come home and blend in with the locals and enjoy our gorgeous village restaurants and amenities . The apartment has WIFI, SKY TV, The beds are extremely comfortable with good quality linens and towels , the living room has doors to your own private sunny garden , west facing garden where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine etc. We hope we have provided everything for a wonderful stay in Dublin.

The sheer size and character of this beautiful house overlooking the vast expanse of Sandymount Strand on Strand Road where the mainly Victorian houses are spacious with gracefully proportioned rooms. Our architect did a magnificent job retaining the feel of a period property yet creating individual separate and totally private apartments on the ground floor of the house which was built in 1898.

Just step across the road to enjoy bracing or cooling walks on the sands and refreshing sea breezes ...Hard to imagine we are only minutes from the very heart of Dublin City!!

A great place in a lovely part of Dublin
We've stayed in Iverna's wonderful flat in Sandymount many times over the past few years. We absolutely love it and Iverna always makes us feel so welcome. The flat has everything you could possibly need to make your stay great and the location is wonderful. We love walking along Sandymount strand but there's plenty to do and see located a short distance from house. It's a 15 minutes bus ride to the city centre so very convenient if you're visiting Dublin but the area itself is very peaceful and have a lovely village feel to it. Can't recommend it highly enough!
Comfortable Mews in Dublin
A very enjoyable time was had in The Mews in Sandymount .Iverna was very prompt in her response to any problems we had ..which were very few .The location is the very best thing about this place .Situated on the Strand road with a terrific view of Dublin Bay .We were able to walk along the Strand pathway everyday and watch the tide come and go.The bus is outside the door and a short ride into central Dublin.Sandymount village is close by with nice pubs and restuarents..The Mews is very clean ,comfortable and has very need for a enjoyable stay .Have a great time when you visit .Thanks Iverna and hope to be back in the near future .
A GREAT week on the Strand in Sandymount!!
We were two moms and two teen-aged girls visiting a college Junior at UCD for a week in early April and we stayed at the "super seaside Mews". It could not have been a more perfect spot for us. The apartment itself was lovely and exactly what we needed. A very short cab ride (Hailo) to the center of Dublin and easy access to the bus and the DART made it extremely convenient for our sightseeing plans. Sandymount is a lovely village within easy walking distance with a supermarket and great restaurants. Iverna was extremely responsive and I (we) would highly recommend staying there!!!
Not wanting to stay in the city, I found the Mews in the quaint village of Sandymount. This 2 bedroom, beachfront garden apt was perfect for my families needs. The small kitchen afforded us to prepare a big breakfast before we ventured out to busy , history rich city centre. The owner, Iverna introduced herself and answered any questions we had .The perfect hostess ,Iverna assured us she was available at any point during our stay if we needed anything.She also made the booking process tremendously easy from across the pond. Sandymount village and its people were amazing. We miss it and hope someday to return. Thanks Iverna
Wonderfully spacious, elegant and well furnished two bedroom apartment in a renovated Period property in Dublin's premier residential area. This is the ideal base to enjoy all the delights of Dublin. You will enjoy being able to walk on the beach after a day shopping in town or relax after visiting The National Gallery, theatres, museums etc.. It is just a short stroll along the seafront to the charming Sandymount Village with its quaint ' Green,' and award winning restaurants, bistros, friendly pubs and small shops and supermarkets. See for yourself why this is the most sought after residential area in Dublin! Unrestricted On Street Parking, close to the DART station and next door to the bus stop. As we are on the Aircoach route the stop is just 50 paces away!
